Greetings to all my hivers. I tell you that, after a long time of promises and excuses, I finally decided to pay my friend a visit. It had been so long since the last time we had seen each other, and she had always been encouraging me to come to her house.
I got up early and prepared a little something for her: some cookies I had made the day before. I wanted to bring something special to share with her. We chatted for a long time, as if no time had passed. We talked about our lives, the changes we had experienced and the dreams we still had. It felt so good to be there, in her company, remembering old times and making new memories.
We spent the afternoon laughing, sharing anecdotes and enjoying the cookies he had brought. We also looked at some old photos, as well as several of his father-in-law's heirlooms that he had brought back from Denmark. I realized how much I had missed those moments.
When it was time to leave, I felt a little sad, but also very grateful that I had made the effort to visit her. I promised that it would not be that long before I saw her again. I left her house with a full heart and a smile on my face, knowing that our friendship was stronger than ever.

Saludos a todos mis los hivers. Les cuento que, después de mucho tiempo de promesas y excusas, finalmente decidí hacerle una visita a mi amiga. Había pasado tanto tiempo desde la última vez que nos vimos, y ella siempre me había estado animando a que fuera a su casa.
Me levanté temprano y preparé un pequeño detalle para ella: unas galletas que había hecho el día anterior. Quería llevar algo especial para compartir con ella. Charlamos un buen rato, como si no hubiera pasado el tiempo. Hablamos de nuestras vidas, de los cambios que habíamos experimentado y de los sueños que aún teníamos. Me hizo sentir tan bien estar allí, en su compañía, recordando viejos tiempos y creando nuevos recuerdos.
Pasamos la tarde riendo, compartiendo anécdotas y disfrutando de las galletas que había llevado. También vimos algunas fotos antiguas, y tambien varias de las reliquias de su suegro que ha traído de Dinamarca. Me di cuenta de cuánto había extrañado esos momentos.
Cuando llegó la hora de irme, me sentí un poco triste, pero también muy agradecido por haber hecho el esfuerzo de visitarla. Prometí que no pasaría tanto tiempo antes de volver a verla. Salí de su casa con el corazón lleno y una sonrisa en el rostro, sabiendo que nuestra amistad era más fuerte que nunca.
