Well, I relate to the part where you save up a little and then you end up spending it sometimes even before the rainy days.

It really takes conscious efforts and strict measures to pull it off.

2. An automatic savings that doesn't depend on your emotions or needs you to do anything, it just goes where it's supposed to.

3. A lock that you won't have access to until a certain date which shouldn't be anytime close.

4. Lastly, This is actually very very essential maybe the most important infact, your expenses should never be more than how much you earn infact they ought to be way less than.

These keys actually work but it takes a lot of balls to pull it off. I intend to start doing it strongly too. It really isn't easy but we have to do what we have to do.
