This is my step report from yesterday, which I didn't manage to upload through the App, as it has been buggy all day. So I took screenshots of the error and my record before it disappears.

In keeping with my promise, I have increased the self-demand. Yesterday I added 12K according to the App, although I think it was a little more, if I add the time I put to charge the cell phone battery.

It's cold today, but that's no excuse for not training. In my case, I started routines at home, maybe I'll make a video and show you.

Este es mi reporte de pasos de ayer, el cual no logré subir a través de la App, pues ha presentado fallas todo el día. Así que hice capturas del error y de mi record antes de que desaparezca.

Siguiendo con mi promesa, he aumentado la autoexigencia. Ayer sumé 12K según la App, aunque creo que fueron un poco más, si sumo el tiempo que puse a cargar la batería del celular.

Hoy hace frío, pero eso no es excusa para no entrenar. En mi caso, comencé rutinas en casa, tal vez me anime a hacer un video y mostrarles.
