En muchos casos, las personas llegan a una silla de tatuaje sin un plan. Quizás llevados por una apuesta, una fuerte emoción o la idea de hacer algo que de otra manera no se atreverían a realizar. En estos casos, no siempre se acude a un tatuador experto o conocido, sino más bien el impulso los hace avanzar para tomar una decisión que es de por vida.

Y es que al menos un 10% (si no más, pues no manejo estadísticas exactas) de los tatuajes nacen de un impulso que surge de miles de maneras, pero que terminan siendo un recuerdo plasmado con tinta, aunque en algunas ocasiones resulten aquellas cosas que deseamos olvidar.

La necesidad de llamar la atención, puede ser el empujón para tatuarse sin una planificación previa, que siempre se aconseja, aunque en la mayoría de los casos, surge de la complicidad por ayudar a un amigo que recién se estrena en las artes de tatuar.

Sin embargo, también existen algunos que por ganar un poco de fama, se inventan historias con tatuajes que parecen impulsivos, cuando en realidad son una farsa para llamar la atención, como lo fue el caso del influencer antioqueño que se hizo viral con un "tatuaje" luego del final del último mundial de fútbol, que terminó siendo mentira.

Ni qué decir cuando se trata de lettering! Aunque los tatuadores siempre muestran las plantillas previo a pasar a la piel, para ajustar detalles y errores, ¿Qué pasaría si quien se va a tatuar no conoce normas ortográficas o el idioma del mensaje que desea hacerse?

Dicen que quien no arriesga no gana, pero el impulso creo que no funciona para todo en la vida, pues gracias a muchas reacciones de este tipo, terminamos viendo tatuajes que ni siquiera debieron haber nacido.

Not to mention when it comes to lettering! Although tattoo artists always show the templates before going onto the skin, to adjust details and errors, what would happen if the person getting the tattoo doesn't know the spelling rules or the language of the message they want to get?
