La tienda del Café... mi pequeño refugio / La tienda del Café... my little refuge

Hace mucho tiempo dije que me despedía de manera indefinida del café, y realmente lo hice por un tiempo, pero cual hija pródiga volví a él, solo que procuro consumirlo en menos cantidades y más diluido, para así evitar la acidez que me estaba generando.

Ahora solo lo tomo en casa, por las mañanas, ya no un tazón, sino una taza convencional. Pero cuando paso por la Tienda del Café, es inevitable no querer entrar, pues desde que conocí este espacio se ha convertido en una especie de refugio para mi, no solo por sus productos, sino también por lo acogedoras que son sus sedes.

De momento solo había visitado dos, pero justo este fin de semana me encontré con una tercera sede por casualidad, y ya que estaba frente a ella, pues sin pensarlo entré para deleitarme con los aromas del café y los colores de sus postres que resaltan sobre el tono gris oscuro de sus paredes.

Una de las características de esta franquicia es que siempre disponen de mesas tanto dentro como fuera del local, pero en esta sede la parte externa está cubierta con un toldo rectangular, protegiendo el espacio del sol y de las fuertes brisas ocasionales.

Una iluminación focalizada, le da vida a los tonos marrones de las mesas y las sillas, creando un ambiente muy íntimo que para mi asemeja una pequeña y acogedora cueva donde te puedes refugiar del día a día, tomar una bebida fría o caliente y cometer un pecadillo culinario con un rico postre.

Adicional a todo, siempre tienen novedades en su menú, por lo que nunca está de más acercarse para ver con cuál sorpresa de estación desean sorprender a sus comensales, entre los cuales cuentan inclusive los celíacos pues tienen productos libres de gluten, con lo cual pueden disfrutar de una rica comida sin un costo diferente a las demás del menú.

En esa visita me dejé llevar por la novedad del mes, la cual acompañé con un café frío, pero creo que mejor lo dejamos para un siguiente post, pues tanta delicia merece su propio espacio.

But when I pass by the Coffee Shop, it is inevitable not to want to enter, because since I got to know this space it has become a kind of refuge for me, not only for its products, but also for the coziness of its locations.

So far I had only visited two, but just this weekend I came across a third location by chance, and since I was in front of it, without thinking about it I went in to delight myself with the aromas of coffee and the colors of their desserts that stand out against the dark gray tone of the walls.

One of the characteristics of this franchise is that they always have tables both inside and outside the premises, but in this location the outside is covered with a rectangular awning, protecting the space from the sun and occasional strong breezes.

A focused lighting, gives life to the brown tones of the tables and chairs, creating a very intimate atmosphere that to me resembles a small and cozy cave where you can take refuge from the day to day, take a hot or cold drink and commit a culinary peccadillo with a rich dessert.

In addition to everything, they always have new items on their menu, so it never hurts to visit them to see which seasonal surprise they want to surprise their guests with, including those with celiac disease, as they have gluten-free products, so they can enjoy a delicious meal without a different cost than the others on the menu.

On this visit I let myself be carried away by the novelty of the month, which I accompanied with a cold coffee, but I think we'd better leave it for a next post, because so much delight deserves its own space.
