I didn't realize that distinction. Thanks for pointing it out. Since I have some HP delegated there already, i'll leave that as it is.

However, I think all my staked LEO is free, so I can delegate a good chunk of it to @lstr.voter.

Yes, and the lstr.voter payouts can be in LEO or LSTR. They are not very big in LSTR, but if it goes to $100 or more, every little bit helps. :-)
