Pink ready-to-wear outfit with a floral touch
Sewing is always fun and it's more than just a hobby for me. I love the process of bringing an idea to life with just fabric, thread and machine, its always very exciting.
So sometimes I buy some fabrics and make ready to wear clothes and advertise them for sale.
So I come home, I cut them in different colors and sizes and start sewing.
So this time I made some matching tops and shorts to see if anyone will like it and actually buy them.
So I started with this pink one because I really loved the color and was curious to see how it will turn out.
After cutting I took them straight to the machine to start sewing. I made sure to make the pockets of the shorts very nice and the right size as that is very essential in making shorts.
It didn't take much time (about 45 mins) for the short to be ready and it was already looking very nice.
Also I finished the top in less than the time it took for the short and they both turned out really nice
So it was time for me to brand them, so I had this DTF with a flower design so I figured it'll look good on them.
So I used my pressing iron to stick the flowers to both the shorts and top
So after the weaving and all finishing touches, the clothes were ready and it was looking very nice, more than expected.
Since I couldn't resist the cuteness I decided to try it on to see how it'll look on me and long story short...🙃

The fabric for this outfit is the French terry or what we call Towel back, and this is a lighter weight used for making T shirt. There wasn't much complications while sewing this clothes as my machine decided to be a good girl 🥰 except for a few times where the thread was cutting which is normal sometimes but J always fix it and get back to work.
I really liked how the turned out, what I love most is the color, very vibrant and super cute. Even though it's just a simple outfit, I would say it's one of the best projects and I definitely loved working on it.
So tell me, would you wear this type of outfit, or would you prefer another color? How does it look on me?

The dress is neatly made and beautiful pink is my favorite color.
Please ma what kind of material did you use.
It's called the French terry, or towel back. You can get it in markets where they sell streetwear fabrics
