Hello drinkslovers,

I thought of a simple and cool drink to make in a spot with coconut and I got q really nice and delicious idea and I'm about to share it here.
This is only a 3 ingredients drink and it is so amazing and you'll definitely love to try it out.

So the ingredients are:

  • 3 cups Coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 120g Evap milk
  • A pinch of salt

I got the idea to make this after seeing coconuts in the market at cheaper rates, I decided to buy two to try out this recipe.

So I was able to break the coconuts at the market, get it out from the shell and take it to the engine in the market for them to grind it for a little money

I loved doing it that way it was easier for me to get to work at home.

Below is the engine grinding the coconuts perfectly. And after grinding they put the milk into a meat bag for me

On getting home, I poured it into a sieve to extract the milk and separate the chaff

I still put the chaff aside because I love adding it to my white rice and it tastes really good.

So after I had the coconut milk without well sieved, I mixed the other ingredients in it, the milk, sugar and the pinch of salt

I used spoon to mix everything thoroughly inside, and when I was sure it was good I transferred it into a rubber bowl and set to refrigerate as it is best served chilled.

I tried tasting it and it was super good, it was tasting like ice cream even when it wasn't cool yet. I quickly took it in to refrigerate if not I might end up finishing it lol.

After a few hours it was already chilled, and as expected, it tasted much better when it is chilled.

Well this was something I just thought to make in a spot and in my mind I knew these combination will taste really good, it was even more than what I expected to get.

I hope you can try this out too and that you enjoy the process.

Thank you all for your time here, and see y'all next time 🤗

Taking the time to get all the good stuff
You just squeezed every juice out of that poor coconut.

I should try this soon, not only for making rice
