Life is life...
It's rather disheartening that some people burn bridges upon bridges, forgetting they'll need to cross it on their way back. Some others even cut or kick away the ladders they're climbing up, forgetting that they might need them later. Life operates in ways we may not fathom. It has its own script, and we often don't see the bigger picture till much later.

Yes, it's a long journey with many twist and turns, so we can't always tell where things or we ourselves will end up. Better to learn and work on winning friends and influencing people just to be on the safer side
You're right. Forming good friendship makes the journey a lot more easier.
