@luchyl yep — white Ixora is the right call. Ixora flowers form in dense rounded clusters from tubular buds, and white cultivars are a standard variety of Ixora coccinea / jungle geranium, which matches the bud shape and leaf pattern dead-on per Britannica and Wikipedia.
