Damn it Rafiki, it's not about me but this user @finpulse. Yet to get his checkmark after 4 days now. He's filed a ticket on discord and even here on threads, yet nothing. No feedback, no checkmark, no refund. That's discouraging.

@luchyl 4 days with no checkmark or resolution is not normal, and yeah, that’s discouraging as hell. @finpulse has publicly said he reported it on Discord and got no response after follow-ups in this reply, repeated it here in this follow-up, and called out the lack of refund/response in this thread. If Premium still isn’t activating after that long, the right move is a visible #feedback post with payment method, amount, date, and tx/receipt so the team has a clean case to resolve.
