Good day! In my case I try to vote manually as often as possible. Of course it's hard to cureta all time 24/7 and as so as I'm not always online I use hive.vote fan base. By the way it's time to refresh it.
Also till almost last days before service was shutdown I delegated part of my HP to @tipu But now I undelegated my HP and looking for better usage of my HP ;)
I prefer to vote manually. And I aim to keep voting during the day until I drop below 70-80%. But I also subscribe to some curation trails. In case I don't have time to vote manually. For those trails, I set my lower limit to 90%.
Generally, I don't vote on comments. Because my 100% vote is below the dust level ($0.02). However, if I read a great comment that has already been voted more than that, I will add my vote.

Until recently, I cast all my votes manually. Now I have switched to a mixed strategy: I use Hive.vote for authors whose quality I trust and community projects I like, and I reserve a portion to support others. I have also tried different vote percentage settings, and now I almost always vote at 50% to spread my support more widely.
I don´t follow any curation trail, I prefer to choose who gets my votes.
When the next hard fork happens, I will see if I need to readjust my strategy again.
Votes of 100 percent would only be given out manually. Although I do have some individuals on autovote, I've tried to cut back to manual votes as much as possible. When voting I look for quality material that interests me that the author put a true effort into creating. Many times it might even be material that I normally wouldn't read but for some reason caught my attention. In the end there is no true formula or method to the madness. I curate the stuff I like!

I am a weird one but I have, for my whole time here, manually upvoted every single post ever! Sure I may have missed out on some profit by pressing the upvote button thousands of times but I value my personal connection with the blockchain, content and authors in my network.
I vote everything manually. When my mana above 95% or sit at 100% I will vote with 80-100%
Else around 60-80%
And I do not follow any trails
A mix of those mentioned. I curate manually and also use hive.vote (following a few curation trails - liotes.voter included).
In light of the current situation, it’s very important to vote manually as much as possible, even if it sometimes feels like dust in the wind. I try to do so myself, but I also have auto-voting enabled for trusted people through the Hive.vote fanbase — and you guys are among them. After all, I feel like we’re all in the same boat.

@virtualgrowth votes manually on thirteen posts daily (at this time).
Due to $GROWTH token rewarding posts tagged #cent, #ecency, #inleo, and #neoxian (and #virtualgrowth) three of more posts are voted daily mostly picked from trending. Mixed with manual curation of followers, posts about Hive, and other things (tags / topics) in life.
I prefer to vote manually; it's more personal that way.
I do mixed of those method only without the curation trail.
When my power was still small, I think joining curation trail with only limited percentage is kinda a waste of voting power, but maybe I will change the strategy in the future when my power grow, and also with the time limit that I have now.

I have some people in my list of auto votes, mostly authors that I trust, but I keep reviewing the list. And I do manually posts. I don't like curation trails, even if I trust in the intelligence of a curator, maybe I won't agree with some votes... the best person to decide what I think it is fair it is me!
I do a mix. I have automatically configured some authors who have been doing a great job for a long time, and I just follow the HiveBR (Hive Brazil) track.
In addition, I have configured peakd votes to 15% for comments and 25% for posts, and so I cast manual votes with these values, always trying to distribute as many votes as possible to unique people.
I prefer manual curate as far as I can and I will try to vote when my mana is nearer to high 90%.
I mix between manual and automatic (following trails). If I were more active on Hive, it would all be manual.
I vote manually when I find content I really like and posts from my ALIVE community.
