The Hutcherson Effect, named after its discoverer John Hutcherson, represents a groundbreaking, albeit controversial, phenomenon in non-conventional energy and propulsion technologies. Presented by George D. Hathaway, a professional engineer from Hathaway Consulting Services, in May 1993, this overview encapsulates Hutcherson's experiments, the technology's theoretical underpinnings, and potential applications.
The Hutcherson Effect is characterized by a suite of peculiar phenomena including materials fracturing, levitation of objects, luminescent events, and magnetic anomalies—all of which occur at low average power and potentially at a distance from the sources of generated energy. The presentation aims not only to document Hutcherson’s research chronologically but also to explore the physics that could explain these phenomena.
Hathaway's assessment of the Hutcherson Effect underscores its unique characteristics which, as per his observations, defy conventional physics. The presentation is methodically divided into different sections, each dealing with distinct aspects of the Hutcherson Effect and its background.
Hutcherson’s journey into the realm of experimental physics began from an early fascination with the work of Nikola Tesla. A self-educated tinkerer, Hutcherson amassed a wealth of electronic apparatus and began devising experiments that emulated Tesla’s ambitions of wireless power transmission. His early experiments started in the early 1980s when he added a Van de Graaff generator to a collection of Tesla coils, leading to the discovery of unusual phenomena in his basement laboratory. By the early 1980s, Hutcherson was documenting effects that eventually garnered interest from various scientific and military entities.
Hathaway presents anecdotes and visual documentation from the early results of Hutcherson's efforts, particularly between 1981 and 1983. Attempts to capture the transient nature of the Hutcherson Effect's phenomena on video proved challenging; the unpredictable nature of the apparatus required it to run primarily during the night to avoid interference with local electronics, further complicating validation efforts.
In this phase, the effects witnessed included levitation of materials, catastrophic fracturing, and unusual lighting phenomena. The unpredictability of these events made it difficult to compile substantial documentation of the phenomena, often requiring hours of waiting before phenomena would manifest.
Involvement with Businesses and Military Demonstrations
From 1983 to 1986, Hutcherson's work attracted the attention of various military and scientific communities. George Hathaway and Alex Pizaro formed a company named Pharaoh's Technologies to investigate the Hutcherson Effect further. The engineering consultants aimed to replicate Hutcherson's findings in a controlled environment, potentially leading to significant applications in energy and propulsion systems.
During this period, Hutcherson demonstrated his apparatus to various military personnel and government laboratories in the hopes of securing funding, although consistent results were elusive, leading to frustrations and intermittent support from these institutions. Ultimately, Pharaoh's Technologies ended its formal association with Hutcherson in 1986 due to a lack of reproducible results.
After the 1986 fallout, Hutcherson continued his experiments, leading to another lab setup between 1988 and 1989. His work attracted media attention, including coverage from television networks. However, the unpredictability of his effects persisted. Demonstrations produced sporadic results that did not always convince skeptical observers, limiting funding and further exploration of the Hutcherson Effect.
The transformational phenomena observed during this period included more complex events such as levitation of liquids, intricate metal fracturing, and anomalous magnetic behaviors. However, Hathaway notes that despite the captivating nature of Hutcherson's findings, the scientific community remained cautious given the difficulty in replicating the effects consistently over time.
The Hutcherson Effect epitomizes a blend of experimental enthusiasm and scientific intrigue. While it showcases a potential breakthrough in energy physics, it also reflects the complexities and challenges inherent in experimental research that defies conventional understanding. Hathaway expresses hope that further exploration of the Hutcherson Effect will lead to insights that could revolutionize energy technology and propulsion systems.
In summarizing Hutcherson's work, Hathaway encourages collaboration among scientists to delve deeper into the nuances of the observed phenomena, fostering a spirit of inquiry that might ultimately enable the practical applications of this groundbreaking research for future generations.
For those interested in visual documentation of the Hutcherson effect, extended footage from the experimental phases is accessible, showcasing some of the astonishing phenomena that continue to mystify observers to this day.
In our society multitaksing is seen as a must have skill which will be making us capable enough to deal with a lot of situations in our life and it has become a necessity for us to have today.
There are a lot of people who believe in the fact that they should stick to focussing on one task at a time as it is very useful in putting all out potential concentrated at one place rather than being distributed resulting in better outcomes.
Every day is not the same. There are differences, and I think because of the variation, life is very interesting. There are some happy moments, and there are some moments that make us feel sad.
We always want to enjoy the happy moments, but it's inevitable to face the opposite situation. I think we are helpless in this case. Still, we hope for the best and expect that the next day will be better.

I'm re-reading Bakuman right now. Below are my opinions, panel-shots and thoughts I'm having as I read. IN REAL TIME. If you enjoy a #manga about the creative process of manga artists/writers. I hope you enjoy the ride with me. #freecompliments
Being a Mangaka (Manga Artist) is a risky career, most parents won't approve of. Moritaka's case is even worse, as his uncle died while working on a manga.
His household has a rule. If he has a request, he must pass it through his mother. If his father didn't approve, his mother will tell him. That's why he never had a serious conversation with his father.
I wonder how that dynamic would feel. His father must've had a big authority in the house, but I bet his relationship with his children is distant. No wonder Moritaka was very apathetic at the beginning of the story. Well, I think it's better to have a father like that rather than one that's never around.
I wonder if the author of BAKUMAN, Tsugumi Ohba, had a relationship like that with his father. Or maybe, he just thought it'll be a cool backstory to give to the character. Hmmmm....
I love how he internalized that his uncle committed suicide despite not being told that his uncle did it. His mother's shocked/panicked reaction says a lot!!
"Men have dreams that women will never understand."
Is such a good line!
I remember a conversation I saw on a manga site when I read this chapter... A female reader was furious at how this author wrote women. To be honest, I don't agree with Tsugumi Ohba on everything, BUT I agree with this particular line.
The chapter starts with introduction to Moritaka's Uncle's former Studio!!
It's filled with Action Figures, because he made a Superhero Manga, and collected the figures to study them. Putting them as business expense was very smart of him!
Reading this chapter takes me back... I was very optimistic about being an artist back then, and the action figures scene filled me with nostalgia!
The official translations call these "Final Drafts."
The scanlations I read back in the day used the term "Manuscript" for the finalized version of the chapter that gets sent to the Editor. Then there's the "Name" (It's literally read "Name" but in Japanese letters "ネーム") which is the storyboard/draft that gets converted into the manuscript.
I'm not sure which one the term "Final Draft" is referring to...
This panel has been my introduction to the professional Pen manga artists use: G-Pen!
I remember looking it in online stores an admiring it. I used to do that for COPIC Markers too, now that I think about it...
AI never used Dip Pens for drawing in my life. I remember finding a Dip Pen once with my mother's belongings as a child, but it was without ink. Even Mom only kept it as a present and didn't use it.
I did use Digital versions of the G-Pen in Drawing Apps, and it's as hard to use as I imagine it to be. I would love to master G-Pen one day, at least digitally.
Akito Takagi read all kinds of manga for research... Well, it's not for research, but I do read manga that I don't like if I had a reason to continue. Though mostly, it's to watch a train wreck through its end. !LOLZ !HOPE
Moritaka's favorite manga is Tomorrow's Joe!! A boxing manga that's very old... I haven't read it, but I watched Megalobox which is supposed to be a spiritual successor to that manga.
Most popular Manga have one thing in common: Swords!!! I think that's an interesting observation, and even though BAKUMAN was published in early 2010's, I don't think that has changed by now.
...I understand, and when I first read BAKUMAN, Dragon Ball was definitely in my Top 5. I believe at the time ONE PIECE was my No.1 favorite manga too.
Dragon Ball still has a lot to teach us, especially in the art of paneling!!
I love being on a platform where you don't need to dance around the language and invent new words like "unalive" just to not get shadow-banned. #lookingatyouyoutube #socialmedia
The Philosophical Itch: An Exploration of Existence and Meaning
Throughout history, the pursuit of philosophy has sparked the curiosity of many thinkers. At the core of this inquiry lies a fundamental question: Why are we here? For some, this question has been an unrelenting itch, prompting them to seek answers in abstract thought rather than empirical data.
The philosopher in our exploration began his journey as a young boy, fascinated by the peculiarity of existence itself. He posed a rather simple yet profound observation: existence is odd. The essence of being, the contrast between what is ordinary and what stands out, invites us to ponder our unique identities within the broader landscape of reality. This pondering, often described as a philosophical itch, becomes an invitation to question the very nature of existence.
As the philosopher reflects upon existence, he pushes beyond mere wonder into inquiry, asking how things are, rather than why. This inquiry often leads one into the realms of science and other forms of investigation, seeking to uncover the underlying principles of the universe. However, upon searching for a definitive answer to questions about existence, one soon realizes a paradox: if we could articulate the nature of existence, it would be challenging to grasp what those terms even mean.
Much of philosophical discourse revolves around classification. As human beings, we categorically define our world, distinguishing between groups to understand meaning. Are we classified as animal, vegetable, or mineral? Are we Republicans or Democrats, male or female, or followers of diverse religions? These classifications serve to provide structure to our understanding, yet they inherently create distinctions between "us" and "them." This poses a tremendous philosophical challenge: what exists beyond all classifications?
As inquiries into existence deepen, physicists have increasingly moved away from seeking the 'stuff' of the universe and instead have focused their attention on the concept of form. They have established that our descriptions of the cosmos hinge on patterns, rather than on a tangible substance. As theories emerged from the understanding of molecular structures and wavelengths, even the question of "what is it?" becomes abstract.
To delve deeper into existence, one might continue to explore what forms are made of, yet each layer peeled back only leads to more complexity. At a foundational level, trying to pinpoint the essence of any entity highlights the elusive nature of what we consider 'substance.' Here, philosophers encounter a striking conclusion: substance itself evaporates upon scrutiny.
This leads us to a poignant phrase: "Does it matter?" The word "matter" derives from the Sanskrit root matra, meaning to measure. Thus, we inquire whether our existence measures up to anything significant. This discussion intertwines with the idea of illusion: what if our existence is a constructive play, a fabric of experiences constructed from varying forms and patterns?
In contemplating existence, the philosopher draws parallels to music, suggesting that, much like a musical performance, existence does not require a defined purpose or meaning to be appreciated. Just as music communicates through its rhythm and melody, our lives express meaning through their very textures and rhythms. A giraffe "giraffes," a tree "trees," and so forth, suggesting that the doing is intrinsic to existence.
He emphasizes the transience of these experiences — things change, come, and go — leading to the realization that being is not a static entity but a dynamic one. Each moment is a performance, and clinging onto a certain form creates duality. This struggle can often manifest as a fear of mortality and the instinct to survive, leading us to an unending pursuit of indefinite continuity.
However, this instinct can trap us in a paradox. The demand to "go on living" conflicts with the inherent spontaneity of life. One is compelled to recognize the essential now of existence—a reality where fulfillment does not exist in a deferred future but is instead found in the present moment.
Ultimately, the philosopher portrays the journey towards understanding existence as riddled with complex reflections on hope and survival. He challenges the belief that satisfaction lies ahead, encouraging a more profound engagement with the present. The thought emerges that perhaps it is time to reassess our approach to life and existence, moving from a state of hopeful expectation to a celebration of the reality that is now.
In encapsulating the essence of philosophical inquiry, we learn that while concrete answers often elude us, the pursuit itself may hold the most profound significance. Through examination, we grasp that to be human is to navigate a landscape rich with meaning, uncertainty, and the beauty of existence itself.

The Invention of Coca-Cola: A Sweet Misunderstanding
In the late 1800s, John Pemberton, a pharmacist from Atlanta, was on a quest to create the next big patent medicine. His early attempts produced products that claimed to remove nervousness and boost intelligence, but the market demanded innovation. It was then that he stumbled upon coca, the raw material for cocaine, which was known in South America for its energizing properties. Inspired, Pemberton decided to combine coca with kola nuts, which provided caffeine.
His early concoction was a bitter brew, originally intended as alcohol-infused tonic. However, faced with local temperance laws, he pivoted to create a non-alcoholic beverage. The addition of sugar transformed his bitter potion into what would later be known as Coca-Cola, marketed not as a soda but as a medicinal drink for the nervous system.
Despite Pemberton's initial ambition, sales were slow; in the first year, he managed to sell only 25 gallons. However, the momentum began to shift, and the next year saw a surge in popularity as Pemberton’s formula began to attract attention in pharmacies and soda fountains.
Sadly, just as Coca-Cola took off, Pemberton succumbed to stomach cancer, unaware that he had inadvertently created an iconic beverage that would far exceed any of his previous ventures in success. Though the coca leaves remain a part of the formula, the original coca content has been removed, culminating in a drink that has held its place in history as one of humanity’s most beloved soft drinks.
The Telephone: A Battle of Wits and Patents
The story of the telephone traces back to the bustling 1870s when Western Union was searching for a way to transmit voice over wires. Enter Alexander Graham Bell, a passionate inventor who seized the opportunity when he heard the call for invention. Meanwhile, Elisha Gray, another inventor, was also working on a similar technology.
The race to the patent office became a frantic affair, filled with drama as both men fought for recognition. Western Union initially sought out Elisha Gray, and he was close to filing his own patent when Bell’s lawyer pulled strings to expedite the process for Bell. The twist? Bell caught wind of Gray’s design just before it was formally submitted, prompting him to file his own patent based on Gray's original ideas.
In the ensuing legal battle over who truly invented the telephone, Bell’s fame overshadowed Gray’s claim. Despite evidence that Bell had taken inspiration from Gray’s design, the courts favored Bell. He went on to establish the Bell Telephone Company, while Gray's contributions went largely unrecognized, demonstrating the chaotic nature of innovation where ideas can often become entangled with ambition and legal maneuvering.
The Bra: A Revolutionary Invention by Mary Phelps Jacob
In the context of comfort and freedom for women, Mary Phelps Jacob’s invention of the bra in 1910 marked a worthy discussion on societal norms. In an era dominated by corsets, she grew tired of the constricting undergarments while preparing for a ball. With a keen eye on practicality, she fashioned together two handkerchiefs and some silk cording to create a more comfortable alternative that garnered attention and praise.
Her invention caught the eye of fellow women who craved an alternative to their corsets, leading Jacob to consider turning her creation into a business. After receiving her first order, she filed for a patent, insisting that her design was a significant evolution over the constrictive corsets of the time.
However, upon selling her patent to Warner Brothers Corset Company for a modest sum, she eventually moved on from the business of bras. By the late 1920s, her invention gained widespread acceptance, revolutionizing women’s fashion and contributing to the death of the traditional corset.
Jacob’s journey illustrates how innovation often stems from a desire for comfort and change, leaving an indelible mark on women's clothing and society as a whole.
Thomas Edison, renowned as the Wizard of Menlo Park, was another eminent figure in the landscape of invention but not without his controversies. Through cleverly gathering brilliant minds, Edison sought to capitalize on their talents, often taking credit for their inventions. He played a pivotal role in the development of moving pictures through his Kinetoscope, a breakthrough that established a foundation for the film industry.
However, as the film industry began to blossom, Edison’s aggressive business practices led to monopolistic control over filmmaking. His refusal to allow independent filmmakers to use his technology without punitive licensing fees triggered a wave of lawsuits against competing filmmakers like Carl Laemmle.
This battle showcased the struggle between innovation and corporate greed. Laemmle and his contemporaries eventually fled from New Jersey to California, away from Edison’s iron grip. This movement laid the groundwork for Hollywood and an independent film industry, subsequently leading to the dissolution of Edison’s monopoly as it was deemed detrimental to fair competition.
Edison’s story serves as a reminder that while inventors often have a significant impact on society, their legacies can also be complicated by selfish ambitions and aggressive business practices.
These issues are concerning. It is problematic that a former leader is associated with a memecoin. It is equally troubling that public figures engage in insider trading.
The Dark and Quirky Origins of Halloween and Iconic Horror Stories
The history of Halloween is steeped in both eerie folklore and fascinating stories of real-life characters who inspired the legends surrounding the spooky celebration. Much of this can be traced back to historical events and the timeless human fascination with the macabre. This article explores some of the most intriguing tales from history, including Vlad the Impaler—the real Dracula—and how one woman's determination changed the way we celebrate Halloween.
Vlad the Impaler, also known as Vlad III of Wallachia, is an infamous figure in history, remembered not only for his brutality but also as the inspiration behind the legendary Dracula. In a darkly humorous recount of his story, Vlad is depicted as a ruler with a penchant for sadism. After avenging his father's death, he invites 200 boyars to a feast only to betray them by shutting the doors and impaling them on sharpened stakes. This grotesque scene paints a vivid image of the violence that characterized Vlad's reign.
His legacy did not only rest on his gruesome methods. To instill fear in his enemies, he famously left a horrific sight of impaled soldiers as a warning—a grisly tactic that ultimately deterred military attacks. By the end of his life, Vlad had established a reputation as one of the most ruthless leaders in history, embodying the very essence of horror that would later inspire Bram Stoker's Dracula—a vampire that has since become a staple of horror literature.
Shifting gears from the horrors of Vlad, we meet Elizabeth Krebs, who is affectionately dubbed the "Mother of Halloween." In 1912, she witnessed her quiet town of Hiawatha, Kansas, devolving into chaos each Halloween, with mischievous children vandalizing property and engaging in rowdy behavior. Frustrated with the rabble-rousing activities, Elizabeth decided to throw a party in hopes of channeling the children's energy into something more constructive.
However, despite her attempt to bring joy through apples and games, her garden suffered devastation from the rowdy youngsters. Not one to give up, Elizabeth committed herself to planning a larger event for the following year. By 1914, her Halloween celebration had transformed into a community-wide gathering that provided fun without the destruction. This grassroots movement led to a significant shift in how Halloween is celebrated, steering it away from vandalism towards community engagement and the tradition of trick-or-treating—something many still cherish today.
The creation of one of horror literature's most iconic characters, Frankenstein, is another tale dripping in complexity and inspired by real-life figures. Mary Shelley conceived the story during a competition among literary greats Lord Byron and Percy Shelley, as they sought to craft the scariest tale. Set against a backdrop of volcanic eruptions and a year without a summer, their Gothic rendezvous at Lake Geneva provided fertile ground for horror and creativity.
In her dream, Mary envisioned Victor Frankenstein—a scientist who becomes obsessed with creating life, leading him down a morally questionable path. The resulting creature, often mistaken for Frankenstein himself, explores the themes of isolation, rejection, and the quest for acceptance. As the creature wreaks havoc on Victor's life, the core of the story becomes a chilling examination of humanity and monstrosity that continues to resonate with audiences today.
Our journey takes us to the Salem witch trials and the tragic story of Giles Corey—an unwitting victim of mass hysteria. Accused of witchcraft alongside his wife, Giles found himself bearing the weight of unjust punishment. Rather than plead guilty or innocent, he defiantly endured a torturous method known as "peine forte et dure,” which involved being crushed under heavy stones.
He famously cursed his torturers as he met his grisly fate, and local lore suggests his curse may have lived on—leading to a legacy of misfortune for the local sheriff's department. This story encapsulates the insanity of the witch trials, where fear and superstition overshadowed reason, leading to tragic outcomes for many innocent lives.
The histories of Vlad the Impaler, Elizabeth Krebs, Mary Shelley, and Giles Corey unveil the darker sides of human nature and how these tales have evolved over time. From shaping modern Halloween traditions to inspiring iconic horror literature, these stories remind us that terror can take many forms—be it in the real tragedies of our past or the fictional horrors that continue to captivate and chill us.
One of the most pointless questions people spend a lot of time on is "when will or is #AI smarter than humans?" The spectrum of human intelligence is literally infinite. Smarter than NPCs, exponentially...intellects & creatives, far from it
The late 16th century in Shoreditch, a neighborhood just north of London, was a flourishing hub for playwrights, poets, and various brilliant minds of the era. One of the notable figures during this period was James Burbage, who made a significant land deal with Giles Allen to construct a theater, aptly named The Theatre. This establishment would eventually become a critical nurturing ground for the legendary William Shakespeare.
As Shakespeare made his mark on the theatrical scene, writing and starring in some of his early works, a calamity struck in 1594. An outbreak of the Bubonic Plague devastated the theater scene, leading Burbage to disband many acting troupes. In response to this crisis, he assembled a supergroup named the Lord Chamberlain's Men, which included the likes of Shakespeare himself.
In 1597, Giles Allen, influenced by his Puritan beliefs, refused to renew the lease for The Theatre. This ignited tensions, and in an ironic twist of fate, James Burbage died shortly after hearing the news—a victim of a broken heart. Allen seized the opportunity to take control of the land, but unbeknownst to him, the Lord Chamberlain's Men had a plan rooted within the terms of their lease—the actors owned the building itself.
On December 28, 1598, while Allen was away for the Christmas holidays, the actors took bold action. Clad in battle gear, they proceeded to disassemble the entire theater, brick by brick, beam by beam, under the cover of night. This audacious act culminated in them transporting the dismantled structure across the Thames River.
Once the pieces arrived on the opposite bank, Shakespeare and his fellow actors embarked on a reclamation mission, reassembling their beloved theater and renaming it The Globe. It was here that Shakespeare would premiere many of his most significant works, solidifying his legacy in literary history.
The tale of how the Lord Chamberlain's Men essentially "stole" The Theatre stands as a fascinating piece of theater lore, showcasing the lengths to which artists will go to preserve their craft in the face of adversity.
Fast forward to 1875, the stage was again set for a dramatic tale, this time featuring the infamous Big Jim Kennally and his counterfeiting ring in Chicago. With Boyd, the master counterfeiter, jailed, desperation drove Big Jim to a bizarre plan: to kidnap the body of President Abraham Lincoln.
Recruiting fellow miscreants, Jim aimed to hold Lincoln’s corpse for ransom to secure Boyd's release as well as make a hefty sum from the federal government. Enter Lewis Swegles, a self-proclaimed body snatcher and unexpected informant for the newly formed Secret Service.
In a twist of fate, Swegles alerted the Secret Service about the plot. On the fateful night of the attempted theft, the trio went to Lincoln’s burial site, only to realize they were ill-equipped to carry the sarcophagus that contained the body. The ensuing chaos resulted in accidental gunfire, leading to a wild scuffle in the graveyard.
Though the kidnappers initially escaped, they were later cornered at a nearby saloon. This chaotic incident marked an early highlight of the Secret Service’s mission to safeguard the nation, even in the case of its deceased leaders.
In yet another thrilling historical theft, we turn to the early 20th century when Vincenzo Peruggia, an Italian glassmaker, embarked on an unexpected heist. While the Mona Lisa was just one of many paintings in the Louvre in 1911, Peruggia believed it was the rightful property of Italy, looted by Napoleon.
A Bold Heist
On August 20, 1911, Peruggia hid in the Louvre overnight and stole the painting under his smock. The following day, the museum was thrown into disarray upon discovering the iconic artwork was missing. What ensued was a sensational media frenzy, with newspapers circulating the image of the Mona Lisa worldwide, inadvertently making it famous.
However, Peruggia was not apprehended until two years later when he attempted to sell the painting to an art dealer in Florence. His arrest revealed a complicated narrative where he professed his patriotism for Italy, claiming he was merely returning the stolen art.
Unexpected Outcomes
Despite his intentions, Peruggia’s actions resulted in the Mona Lisa being catapulted to global fame, making it arguably the most iconic artwork in history. Ultimately, the Italian court demonstrated leniency, concerned more with his motivations than the crime itself, leading to his release.
Another wild historical escapade unfolded in 1927 with the “Santa Bandits,” led by Marshall Ratliff. Fresh out of prison, Ratliff donned a Santa Claus costume to rob a bank during Christmas time in Cisco, Texas. The robbers executed their plan as kids flocked around, believing they were encountering the jolly old man in red.
A Chaotic Robbery
The robbery resulted in a fracas as townspeople, motivated by a reward for taking down robbers, descended upon the bank with guns drawn. What ensued was a chaotic shootout where both robbers and innocent bystanders were caught in the crossfire.
As fate would have it, the robbers faced many unforeseen challenges, including abandoning stolen money in a getaway car due to a lack of keys and running out of gas amidst their flight. The chaotic misadventures culminated in Ratliff being captured and mobbed by townsfolk, who decided to take justice into their own hands.
The Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum Heist
Finally, we arrive at a present-day opulence residing within the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum's storied walls. In 1990, two men dressed as police officers managed to deceive security and breach the museum to execute one of the largest art thefts in history.
Once inside, they subdued security staff and attempted to steal several priceless artworks. However, the thieves struggled with the precautions taken by Isabella Stewart Gardner; many pieces were secured to the wall, thwarting their efforts. Panic ensued, and the criminals resorted to cutting artworks from their frames, hastily gathering an impressive haul.
To date, the stolen artworks from this notorious heist have never resurfaced, leaving a mystery surrounding the lot that offers clues to an ever-elusive truth about art thefts.
These tales of ambitious thefts throughout history, from the whimsical heist of the Mona Lisa to the brazen antics of the Santa Bandits, showcase the lengths that people will go to for art, fame, or fortune. Each story reveals an intriguing intermingling of folly and audacity that continues to capture our imagination long after the events transpired.
Joan of Arc, a name synonymous with courage and conviction, was more than just a peasant girl from France; she was a pivotal figure during the Hundred Years' War between France and England. Born in 1412, her journey captivates hearts and minds, showcasing not only her bravery but also the remarkable series of events that led a teenage girl to lead a nation in battle.
At just 13 years old, while working in the fields, Joan began to hear voices she believed were divine. She was reportedly visited by figures such as St. Michael, St. Margaret, and St. Catherine, who called upon her to fulfill a divine mission. Their message was simple: Joan was destined to rally her countrymen and have Charles Valois crowned as the rightful King of France. Initially taken aback, Joan soon accepted her role as a vessel of divine will, setting her path toward greatness.
In the backdrop of Joan’s calling was the turbulent reign of King Charles VI, the current monarch of France. His signing of a peace treaty disinherited his son, Charles Valois, from claiming the throne. Despite this setback, Joan stood firm in her belief that it was her destiny to restore the rightful king to power. At 16, she ran away from home to seek the assistance of a local lord, Baudricourt, believing that he would help her gain an audience with the Dauphin.
Though initially dismissed, Joan’s fervent determination and charisma soon garnered attention. She insisted on dressing in men’s clothing for safety and claimed that her divine voices were guiding her. Eventually, Lord Baudricourt recognized her potential and arranged for her to meet Charles Valois. In a moment that would go down in history, she recognized him despite him trying to disguise himself, solidifying her status as a true leader.
With the backing of Charles, Joan was given an army and set her sights on Orleans. Forsaking traditional military planning, she urged her troops to trust in divine guidance and go forth with boldness. This unconventional approach led to a resounding victory against the English forces, who ultimately surrendered. Joan's leadership was a rallying cry for the French, leading to the coronation of Charles as King of France and marking a turning point in the war.
Following the triumph at Orleans, Joan was entrusted with a new mission: to take Paris. Nonetheless, her luck would turn. In the midst of battle, she was captured, leading to her trial for her actions and attire—both deemed by her captors as transgressions punishable by death, particularly for a woman donning men's clothing in the fiercely patriarchal society of the time.
At just 19 years of age, Joan was burned at the stake, calling upon her saints in her final moments. The brutal reality of her execution stands in stark contrast to her fierce conviction and bravery. Joan of Arc became a martyr, and her legacy continues to inspire. She defied societal norms and the odds stacked against her, leading to discussions not only about gender and power but also about faith and the pursuit of one's beliefs.
Joan of Arc's story prompts contemplation about the nature of belief and the courage to act on those beliefs. Her remarkable life urges the question: is it redundant to stand firm in one’s convictions? Joan emerged from obscurity to become a legendary figure, accomplishing what many deemed impossible. Her legacy encourages us all to aspire for bravery in the face of adversity—perhaps even to lead our own armies, whether in the literal sense or within our own spheres of influence.
Joan of Arc remains not merely a relic of history but a beacon of inspiration across generations, challenging us to pursue our convictions with the same fervor and bravery she embodied.

The Struggles of Albatross Chicks in Harsh Conditions
In a stunning display of resilience amidst nature's cruelties, an albatross chick faces its first experience of isolation as tumultuous weather battering its coastal home reaches dangerous levels. With winds gusting at speeds of 70 miles per hour, the urgency of survival becomes paramount for these young birds as they cling to the hope of remaining on their precarious nests.
The chilling temperatures enveloping the environment further complicate the survival of these chicks. Left alone to endure the elements, one might speculate whether hours remain for this vulnerable chick. The reality of the situation is stark: brutality of the weather poses a continuous threat. Some of its companions have already succumbed to the severe exposure, a grim reminder of the unforgiving nature these youngsters face.
Parent albatrosses are slowly returning to the colony, their instinctual duties compelling them to check on their young. However, something is amiss. The familiar sight of their chick is absent from the nest, prompting concerns regarding its safety. Unbeknownst to the parents, the chick lies precariously close, just beneath the protective stretch of its parent’s shadow. Yet, the albatross parents are unable to detect their offspring—an astonishing characteristic of this species.
Albatrosses do not use sight, sound, or smell to identify their chicks, illustrating a unique characteristic of their behavior. Instead, recognition hinges solely on the physical presence of the chick on the nest. If the chick is not there, the parent does not acknowledge it as their own, creating a disconcerting gap in their bond.
The Struggle for Survival
For the chick to survive the storm and the biting cold, it must summon the strength from within to return to the nest independently. This monumental task is crucial, as the warmth and care of its parent can only be accessed through re-establishing its position on the nest.
In a stroke of fate, the chick manages to make its way back to the nest, where the bond between parent and offspring is instantly reignited. The warmth that the parent provides is not just a physical necessity; it's a lifeline for the chick, reinforcing the depth of their connection during one of the most challenging trials of their young life.
The struggle of these albatross chicks presents not only a poignant testament to the challenges of survival in the wild but also highlights the profound connections that exist within nature, even as the specter of loneliness looms large. In the albatross world, surviving is a complex interplay of instincts and natural behaviors, where every moment leads them closer to either life or death.

Second, the transition between crypto and fiat remains subject to bank regulations, which can impose censorship. Without fiat, purchasing titles is not feasible.
Bitcoin supported by fiat currency is optimal—allocating around 80-90% to Bitcoin and 10-20% to fiat helps control volatility. Bitcoin experiences the highest fluctuations, while fiat remains stable.
Other investment types tend to carry even higher volatility and risk. Holding cash reserves can enable more Bitcoin purchases, avoiding the distractions and efforts involved in real estate or stocks.

Part 1/9:
The Hutcherson Effect: An Overview
The Hutcherson Effect, named after its discoverer John Hutcherson, represents a groundbreaking, albeit controversial, phenomenon in non-conventional energy and propulsion technologies. Presented by George D. Hathaway, a professional engineer from Hathaway Consulting Services, in May 1993, this overview encapsulates Hutcherson's experiments, the technology's theoretical underpinnings, and potential applications.
Introduction to the Hutcherson Effect
Part 2/9:
Background of John Hutcherson
Part 3/9:
Early Results and Demonstrations
Part 4/9:
Part 5/9:
From 1983 to 1986, Hutcherson's work attracted the attention of various military and scientific communities. George Hathaway and Alex Pizaro formed a company named Pharaoh's Technologies to investigate the Hutcherson Effect further. The engineering consultants aimed to replicate Hutcherson's findings in a controlled environment, potentially leading to significant applications in energy and propulsion systems.
Part 6/9:
During this period, Hutcherson demonstrated his apparatus to various military personnel and government laboratories in the hopes of securing funding, although consistent results were elusive, leading to frustrations and intermittent support from these institutions. Ultimately, Pharaoh's Technologies ended its formal association with Hutcherson in 1986 due to a lack of reproducible results.
Later Developments and Final Insights
Part 7/9:
Part 8/9:
Conclusions and Future Directions
Part 9/9:
For those interested in visual documentation of the Hutcherson effect, extended footage from the experimental phases is accessible, showcasing some of the astonishing phenomena that continue to mystify observers to this day.

It was stated: “The DEX approach is commendable. Every coin is available, leaving the choice up to each individual.”
In related sentiment, it was noted: “Coin listings shouldn’t inherently affect prices.
While listing does provide liquidity for more flexible transactions and might cause brief fluctuations in either direction, these effects are temporary. Ultimately, a project's development should dictate its price.
The DEX model is effective in offering all coins and letting people decide for themselves.”

Chapter 2:
Being a Mangaka (Manga Artist) is a risky career, most parents won't approve of. Moritaka's case is even worse, as his uncle died while working on a manga.
Moritaka Mashiro's Relationship with His Parents
Is such a good line!
I remember a conversation I saw on a manga site when I read this chapter... A female reader was furious at how this author wrote women. To be honest, I don't agree with Tsugumi Ohba on everything, BUT I agree with this particular line.
I love how the grandfather immediately gave Moritaka the keys to his uncle's studio!!
Based grandpa!!
For a non-action manga, BAKUMAN has a lot of scenes with quick movement!!
Chapter 3
Dip Pens
This panel has been my introduction to the professional Pen manga artists use: G-Pen!
I remember looking it in online stores an admiring it. I used to do that for COPIC Markers too, now that I think about it...
AI never used Dip Pens for drawing in my life. I remember finding a Dip Pen once with my mother's belongings as a child, but it was without ink. Even Mom only kept it as a present and didn't use it.
I did use Digital versions of the G-Pen in Drawing Apps, and it's as hard to use as I imagine it to be. I would love to master G-Pen one day, at least digitally.
Storyboards
In the scanlations, they used to call them "Names," which is how the Japanese word for the Manga storyboard sounds like.
I love that Moritaka Mashiro made it a condition that if Akito Takagi wanted to team up, he has to create a Storyboard that convinces him to draw it!
Akito never drew a storyboard before, and his art is terrible, but this condition made him feel like a manga writer for sure!!
Akito Takagi's favorite manga is Dragon Ball!!
...I understand, and when I first read BAKUMAN, Dragon Ball was definitely in my Top 5. I believe at the time ONE PIECE was my No.1 favorite manga too.
Dragon Ball still has a lot to teach us, especially in the art of paneling!!
Here's an example of the masterful Paneling techniques of Akira Toriyama!
I have not read this one .!!! I ll give it a go .

Part 1/9:
The Philosophical Itch: An Exploration of Existence and Meaning
Throughout history, the pursuit of philosophy has sparked the curiosity of many thinkers. At the core of this inquiry lies a fundamental question: Why are we here? For some, this question has been an unrelenting itch, prompting them to seek answers in abstract thought rather than empirical data.
Part 2/9:
The philosopher in our exploration began his journey as a young boy, fascinated by the peculiarity of existence itself. He posed a rather simple yet profound observation: existence is odd. The essence of being, the contrast between what is ordinary and what stands out, invites us to ponder our unique identities within the broader landscape of reality. This pondering, often described as a philosophical itch, becomes an invitation to question the very nature of existence.
Part 3/9:
As the philosopher reflects upon existence, he pushes beyond mere wonder into inquiry, asking how things are, rather than why. This inquiry often leads one into the realms of science and other forms of investigation, seeking to uncover the underlying principles of the universe. However, upon searching for a definitive answer to questions about existence, one soon realizes a paradox: if we could articulate the nature of existence, it would be challenging to grasp what those terms even mean.
Part 4/9:
Much of philosophical discourse revolves around classification. As human beings, we categorically define our world, distinguishing between groups to understand meaning. Are we classified as animal, vegetable, or mineral? Are we Republicans or Democrats, male or female, or followers of diverse religions? These classifications serve to provide structure to our understanding, yet they inherently create distinctions between "us" and "them." This poses a tremendous philosophical challenge: what exists beyond all classifications?
Part 5/9:
As inquiries into existence deepen, physicists have increasingly moved away from seeking the 'stuff' of the universe and instead have focused their attention on the concept of form. They have established that our descriptions of the cosmos hinge on patterns, rather than on a tangible substance. As theories emerged from the understanding of molecular structures and wavelengths, even the question of "what is it?" becomes abstract.
Part 6/9:
Part 7/9:
In contemplating existence, the philosopher draws parallels to music, suggesting that, much like a musical performance, existence does not require a defined purpose or meaning to be appreciated. Just as music communicates through its rhythm and melody, our lives express meaning through their very textures and rhythms. A giraffe "giraffes," a tree "trees," and so forth, suggesting that the doing is intrinsic to existence.
Part 8/9:
Part 9/9:

Part 1/9:
The Invention of Coca-Cola: A Sweet Misunderstanding
In the late 1800s, John Pemberton, a pharmacist from Atlanta, was on a quest to create the next big patent medicine. His early attempts produced products that claimed to remove nervousness and boost intelligence, but the market demanded innovation. It was then that he stumbled upon coca, the raw material for cocaine, which was known in South America for its energizing properties. Inspired, Pemberton decided to combine coca with kola nuts, which provided caffeine.
Part 2/9:
Part 3/9:
Part 4/9:
The race to the patent office became a frantic affair, filled with drama as both men fought for recognition. Western Union initially sought out Elisha Gray, and he was close to filing his own patent when Bell’s lawyer pulled strings to expedite the process for Bell. The twist? Bell caught wind of Gray’s design just before it was formally submitted, prompting him to file his own patent based on Gray's original ideas.
Part 5/9:
In the ensuing legal battle over who truly invented the telephone, Bell’s fame overshadowed Gray’s claim. Despite evidence that Bell had taken inspiration from Gray’s design, the courts favored Bell. He went on to establish the Bell Telephone Company, while Gray's contributions went largely unrecognized, demonstrating the chaotic nature of innovation where ideas can often become entangled with ambition and legal maneuvering.
The Bra: A Revolutionary Invention by Mary Phelps Jacob
Part 6/9:
Part 7/9:
However, upon selling her patent to Warner Brothers Corset Company for a modest sum, she eventually moved on from the business of bras. By the late 1920s, her invention gained widespread acceptance, revolutionizing women’s fashion and contributing to the death of the traditional corset.
Jacob’s journey illustrates how innovation often stems from a desire for comfort and change, leaving an indelible mark on women's clothing and society as a whole.
Edison: The Wizard and the Monopoly
Part 8/9:
Part 9/9:
Without uniform rules for all public servants, tax funds and efforts are essentially squandered.

Part 1/9:
The Dark and Quirky Origins of Halloween and Iconic Horror Stories
The history of Halloween is steeped in both eerie folklore and fascinating stories of real-life characters who inspired the legends surrounding the spooky celebration. Much of this can be traced back to historical events and the timeless human fascination with the macabre. This article explores some of the most intriguing tales from history, including Vlad the Impaler—the real Dracula—and how one woman's determination changed the way we celebrate Halloween.
Vampires and Vlad the Impaler
Part 2/9:
Vlad the Impaler, also known as Vlad III of Wallachia, is an infamous figure in history, remembered not only for his brutality but also as the inspiration behind the legendary Dracula. In a darkly humorous recount of his story, Vlad is depicted as a ruler with a penchant for sadism. After avenging his father's death, he invites 200 boyars to a feast only to betray them by shutting the doors and impaling them on sharpened stakes. This grotesque scene paints a vivid image of the violence that characterized Vlad's reign.
Part 3/9:
His legacy did not only rest on his gruesome methods. To instill fear in his enemies, he famously left a horrific sight of impaled soldiers as a warning—a grisly tactic that ultimately deterred military attacks. By the end of his life, Vlad had established a reputation as one of the most ruthless leaders in history, embodying the very essence of horror that would later inspire Bram Stoker's Dracula—a vampire that has since become a staple of horror literature.
The Mother of Halloween: Elizabeth Krebs
Part 4/9:
Shifting gears from the horrors of Vlad, we meet Elizabeth Krebs, who is affectionately dubbed the "Mother of Halloween." In 1912, she witnessed her quiet town of Hiawatha, Kansas, devolving into chaos each Halloween, with mischievous children vandalizing property and engaging in rowdy behavior. Frustrated with the rabble-rousing activities, Elizabeth decided to throw a party in hopes of channeling the children's energy into something more constructive.
Part 5/9:
However, despite her attempt to bring joy through apples and games, her garden suffered devastation from the rowdy youngsters. Not one to give up, Elizabeth committed herself to planning a larger event for the following year. By 1914, her Halloween celebration had transformed into a community-wide gathering that provided fun without the destruction. This grassroots movement led to a significant shift in how Halloween is celebrated, steering it away from vandalism towards community engagement and the tradition of trick-or-treating—something many still cherish today.
The Birth of Frankenstein
Part 6/9:
The creation of one of horror literature's most iconic characters, Frankenstein, is another tale dripping in complexity and inspired by real-life figures. Mary Shelley conceived the story during a competition among literary greats Lord Byron and Percy Shelley, as they sought to craft the scariest tale. Set against a backdrop of volcanic eruptions and a year without a summer, their Gothic rendezvous at Lake Geneva provided fertile ground for horror and creativity.
Part 7/9:
In her dream, Mary envisioned Victor Frankenstein—a scientist who becomes obsessed with creating life, leading him down a morally questionable path. The resulting creature, often mistaken for Frankenstein himself, explores the themes of isolation, rejection, and the quest for acceptance. As the creature wreaks havoc on Victor's life, the core of the story becomes a chilling examination of humanity and monstrosity that continues to resonate with audiences today.
The Curse of Giles Corey
Part 8/9:
Conclusion
Part 9/9:
The histories of Vlad the Impaler, Elizabeth Krebs, Mary Shelley, and Giles Corey unveil the darker sides of human nature and how these tales have evolved over time. From shaping modern Halloween traditions to inspiring iconic horror literature, these stories remind us that terror can take many forms—be it in the real tragedies of our past or the fictional horrors that continue to captivate and chill us.

Part 1/12:
The Great Theater Heist of 1598
The late 16th century in Shoreditch, a neighborhood just north of London, was a flourishing hub for playwrights, poets, and various brilliant minds of the era. One of the notable figures during this period was James Burbage, who made a significant land deal with Giles Allen to construct a theater, aptly named The Theatre. This establishment would eventually become a critical nurturing ground for the legendary William Shakespeare.
Part 2/12:
As Shakespeare made his mark on the theatrical scene, writing and starring in some of his early works, a calamity struck in 1594. An outbreak of the Bubonic Plague devastated the theater scene, leading Burbage to disband many acting troupes. In response to this crisis, he assembled a supergroup named the Lord Chamberlain's Men, which included the likes of Shakespeare himself.
The Destruction of The Theatre
Part 3/12:
The Birth of The Globe Theatre
Part 4/12:
Once the pieces arrived on the opposite bank, Shakespeare and his fellow actors embarked on a reclamation mission, reassembling their beloved theater and renaming it The Globe. It was here that Shakespeare would premiere many of his most significant works, solidifying his legacy in literary history.
The tale of how the Lord Chamberlain's Men essentially "stole" The Theatre stands as a fascinating piece of theater lore, showcasing the lengths to which artists will go to preserve their craft in the face of adversity.
The Kidnapping of Lincoln's Body
Part 5/12:
The Failed Kidnapping
Part 6/12:
In a twist of fate, Swegles alerted the Secret Service about the plot. On the fateful night of the attempted theft, the trio went to Lincoln’s burial site, only to realize they were ill-equipped to carry the sarcophagus that contained the body. The ensuing chaos resulted in accidental gunfire, leading to a wild scuffle in the graveyard.
Though the kidnappers initially escaped, they were later cornered at a nearby saloon. This chaotic incident marked an early highlight of the Secret Service’s mission to safeguard the nation, even in the case of its deceased leaders.
The Theft of the Mona Lisa
Part 7/12:
Part 8/12:
However, Peruggia was not apprehended until two years later when he attempted to sell the painting to an art dealer in Florence. His arrest revealed a complicated narrative where he professed his patriotism for Italy, claiming he was merely returning the stolen art.
Unexpected Outcomes
Despite his intentions, Peruggia’s actions resulted in the Mona Lisa being catapulted to global fame, making it arguably the most iconic artwork in history. Ultimately, the Italian court demonstrated leniency, concerned more with his motivations than the crime itself, leading to his release.
The Santa Bandits
Part 9/12:
Part 10/12:
The Masterful Heist
Part 11/12:
Once inside, they subdued security staff and attempted to steal several priceless artworks. However, the thieves struggled with the precautions taken by Isabella Stewart Gardner; many pieces were secured to the wall, thwarting their efforts. Panic ensued, and the criminals resorted to cutting artworks from their frames, hastily gathering an impressive haul.
To date, the stolen artworks from this notorious heist have never resurfaced, leaving a mystery surrounding the lot that offers clues to an ever-elusive truth about art thefts.
Conclusion
Part 12/12:
These tales of ambitious thefts throughout history, from the whimsical heist of the Mona Lisa to the brazen antics of the Santa Bandits, showcase the lengths that people will go to for art, fame, or fortune. Each story reveals an intriguing intermingling of folly and audacity that continues to capture our imagination long after the events transpired.
How an ordinary peasant created a militia - The story of Joan of Arc
#comedy #history #france
!summarize
Part 1/8:
The Extraordinary Life of Joan of Arc
Joan of Arc, a name synonymous with courage and conviction, was more than just a peasant girl from France; she was a pivotal figure during the Hundred Years' War between France and England. Born in 1412, her journey captivates hearts and minds, showcasing not only her bravery but also the remarkable series of events that led a teenage girl to lead a nation in battle.
Early Life and Divine Voices
Part 2/8:
At just 13 years old, while working in the fields, Joan began to hear voices she believed were divine. She was reportedly visited by figures such as St. Michael, St. Margaret, and St. Catherine, who called upon her to fulfill a divine mission. Their message was simple: Joan was destined to rally her countrymen and have Charles Valois crowned as the rightful King of France. Initially taken aback, Joan soon accepted her role as a vessel of divine will, setting her path toward greatness.
Political Landscape of France
Part 3/8:
In the backdrop of Joan’s calling was the turbulent reign of King Charles VI, the current monarch of France. His signing of a peace treaty disinherited his son, Charles Valois, from claiming the throne. Despite this setback, Joan stood firm in her belief that it was her destiny to restore the rightful king to power. At 16, she ran away from home to seek the assistance of a local lord, Baudricourt, believing that he would help her gain an audience with the Dauphin.
Gaining Recognition and An Army
Part 4/8:
Though initially dismissed, Joan’s fervent determination and charisma soon garnered attention. She insisted on dressing in men’s clothing for safety and claimed that her divine voices were guiding her. Eventually, Lord Baudricourt recognized her potential and arranged for her to meet Charles Valois. In a moment that would go down in history, she recognized him despite him trying to disguise himself, solidifying her status as a true leader.
The Siege of Orleans
Part 5/8:
With the backing of Charles, Joan was given an army and set her sights on Orleans. Forsaking traditional military planning, she urged her troops to trust in divine guidance and go forth with boldness. This unconventional approach led to a resounding victory against the English forces, who ultimately surrendered. Joan's leadership was a rallying cry for the French, leading to the coronation of Charles as King of France and marking a turning point in the war.
The Paris Campaign and Capture
Part 6/8:
Following the triumph at Orleans, Joan was entrusted with a new mission: to take Paris. Nonetheless, her luck would turn. In the midst of battle, she was captured, leading to her trial for her actions and attire—both deemed by her captors as transgressions punishable by death, particularly for a woman donning men's clothing in the fiercely patriarchal society of the time.
Martyrdom and Legacy
Part 7/8:
At just 19 years of age, Joan was burned at the stake, calling upon her saints in her final moments. The brutal reality of her execution stands in stark contrast to her fierce conviction and bravery. Joan of Arc became a martyr, and her legacy continues to inspire. She defied societal norms and the odds stacked against her, leading to discussions not only about gender and power but also about faith and the pursuit of one's beliefs.
A Reflection on Beliefs and Aspirations
Part 8/8:
A friend once bought an $18,000 Rolex while intoxicated. His aim was to impress others with flashy wealth, but the outcome was that he couldn't even afford it.

If you are not in the home, you are not my offspring. Parents that don't recognize their chicks if not in the nest.

!summarize
Part 1/5:
The Struggles of Albatross Chicks in Harsh Conditions
In a stunning display of resilience amidst nature's cruelties, an albatross chick faces its first experience of isolation as tumultuous weather battering its coastal home reaches dangerous levels. With winds gusting at speeds of 70 miles per hour, the urgency of survival becomes paramount for these young birds as they cling to the hope of remaining on their precarious nests.
The Battle Against Nature
Part 2/5:
The chilling temperatures enveloping the environment further complicate the survival of these chicks. Left alone to endure the elements, one might speculate whether hours remain for this vulnerable chick. The reality of the situation is stark: brutality of the weather poses a continuous threat. Some of its companions have already succumbed to the severe exposure, a grim reminder of the unforgiving nature these youngsters face.
The Parent-Child Connection
Part 3/5:
Parent albatrosses are slowly returning to the colony, their instinctual duties compelling them to check on their young. However, something is amiss. The familiar sight of their chick is absent from the nest, prompting concerns regarding its safety. Unbeknownst to the parents, the chick lies precariously close, just beneath the protective stretch of its parent’s shadow. Yet, the albatross parents are unable to detect their offspring—an astonishing characteristic of this species.
The Unique Recognition System
Part 4/5:
Albatrosses do not use sight, sound, or smell to identify their chicks, illustrating a unique characteristic of their behavior. Instead, recognition hinges solely on the physical presence of the chick on the nest. If the chick is not there, the parent does not acknowledge it as their own, creating a disconcerting gap in their bond.
The Struggle for Survival
For the chick to survive the storm and the biting cold, it must summon the strength from within to return to the nest independently. This monumental task is crucial, as the warmth and care of its parent can only be accessed through re-establishing its position on the nest.
The Reestablishment of Bonds
Part 5/5:

The crypto infrastructure consistently encounters challenges in two key areas. First, the DNS invariably involves an entity capable of censorship.
Second, the transition between crypto and fiat remains subject to bank regulations, which can impose censorship. Without fiat, purchasing titles is not feasible.
Take a look at this. 👀
https://inleo.io/@wiseagent/the-way-you-see-your-work-here-her
Bitcoin supported by fiat currency is optimal—allocating around 80-90% to Bitcoin and 10-20% to fiat helps control volatility. Bitcoin experiences the highest fluctuations, while fiat remains stable.
Other investment types tend to carry even higher volatility and risk. Holding cash reserves can enable more Bitcoin purchases, avoiding the distractions and efforts involved in real estate or stocks.

Someone loosely said, you cannot fight with nature. These words keep popping up in my head and I am trying to make sense of them.
Oh I found something! Article here.
A recent discussion with a potential client revealed some common pitfalls experienced with certain content providers.
The client had switched from another agency because the results didn't justify the lower cost option—their expectations simply exceeded the available budget.
Additionally, the agency’s insistence on a fixed method proved problematic; flexibility is crucial, especially when working with founders and major companies, as a lack of a structured feedback process can lead to frustration and churn.
These issues were resolved long ago through dedicated efforts and by strictly partnering with clients whose values align with those core principles.

Eliminating a Netflix subscription won't lead to wealth. Skipping a Starbucks purchase isn't enough to conserve funds. Wealth materializes by boosting earnings, cutting expenses, and investing in assets.
new week, when was the last time you pressed factory reset on your Android phone and right after you remembered you've got something you didn't back up 🥶
Amen, let's pray everyday. 🙏 Saying it doesn't take even 1 minute. 😉 Easy right?
Amen.

Good Moondayso far #btc

This used to be my favorite web comic #somethingofthatilk
Unfortunately the site has been down for ages, and I'm only able to find random strips in image searches and not the complete archive. This is one of the good ones though. Hilarious
Nice one. I used to watch a couple on the times of the stumble random thingy website in the past, where you would just click click click and the thing would just show you random stuff and eventually learn what you liked.
right, that stumbleupon-thing? I think maybe that's where I discovered it as well. I actually think someone made something like that for Hive content at some point
Exactly! That's the one... I wasn't sure anymore what it was called.
those were the days. Remember ebaumsworld?
Actually didn't know about that one... I guess that's where those X users keep copying stuff from :D
sort of a youtube before youtube existed, with tons of obscure content
🍿
Great, I remember seeing those years ago 👍🏽 what if i tell you i know how to find the whole archive? 🤓
I would be very excited to hear that! Can you really?
Never heard of the WayBackMachine, the Internet Archive?
Enjoy … https://web.archive.org/web/20120307075407/http://www.somethingofthatilk.com/archive.php
Sometimes I impress myself, but this is definitely not one of those times lol
Thank you 🙏
my pleasure 👍🏽
ah good one
😂 😂 😂
Fartcoin is on the rise following reports of a dispute between the world's wealthiest individual and the nation's leader.
The weird names they give these things...
Names aside, it’s worth looking into the underlying factors driving the market. Knowledge is key when evaluating crypto trends, no matter how quirky the branding might seem
+45%
My boom just got by +45% stronger. Now with full Hive HP power.
You should defintely share this on X
crazy boomer shit!
anything new on the $CUB front?
45%, oh man! It's gonna be a spicy sweet #boom coming. I can perceive the flavor. 😋
#milkthewhale
Only Boomers can have such bOOmbastic figure.
Guten Morgen Mr. bOOmbastic
Wow, +45% and full Hive HP! That's a fantastic boost!
That kind of growth is incredibly satisfying.
Building that 'HP power' is like building a solid foundation for future success, no? Very inspiring to see!
interesting. Does that mean you no longer delegate to anything ?
That Hive HP boost hits like a boom rocket
+45% and counting, now we’re cooking in full power mode.
Now that’s what I call a power-up!
315+ LEO and a sweet $11.06 pending?!
Full Hive HP kicking in
Booms like this make every upvote count.
Boom powered up with style!
+45% boost unlocked with Hive HP, and it’s clearly showing!
315+ LEO on the way? Let’s just say… this roar’s only getting louder.
Oh, no more delegation to leo voter. Less headache following up missed payments while having the benefit of more HP to upvote. 😀
Exactly that !
Same reason I undelegated too.
Wow, a +45% boost and full Hive HP power! That's fantastic news! As someone who appreciates efficiency and growth, seeing such a significant increase is truly inspiring.
Really impressive
I got some $LEO too and now I am a Cub!
