Dream Of Owning My House
Getting up early in the morning and pressing the alarm clock and looking at the everyday's remainder to do whips me to be optimistic and devoted to my goals. Everybody of us in adult life seeks to store a solid foundation of economic status. Its just a true case as for every social level, because what value we add to our service and commerce or job, we get the return,the tradable tokens with which we spend in the expenditure scheme and drop some of the cashes onto savings.
One of the fascinating aim I reared up from the early days of my working life was to set up targets for achieving a own house of my own. Its such kind of a dream that most of us cherish, specially living in a civic settings, where house rent is so costly and 30% of the income goes to the category of house and filling other expenditure. But the amount of savings has a key issue to play for building the possibilities and there are two possible way to have a brand new house.
Quite many of the people I saw to have the ready made wealth to own a house and you arent on the lucky -class platform until you have a big chunk of money in your bank account or crypto wallet. Land prices are ever on increase and regardless of economic recessions and monetary devaluation, it has have a solid increase of value for per square metres and owning a few piece of lands arent a foolish things to have on the market of economy.
In United States, having a privilege to own a house is a dream that everyone wishes to have. But, looking at the history of housing prices, it tends me to be amazed at to see despite recession and timely downgrade of dollar cost value, the house prices increased decades after decades of time. Both Nominal and actual price have seen growth upto 10%, that tells us how solid housing or real estate business in U.S. can be !
I guess,the knowledge of price fluctuations in housing sector would enable one to have the acquaintance of what price range can help to buy own piece of land with a ready made house. Constructing a new house after buying plot area and taxpaying demands a great money to be in ready cash. But, with $500k on the savings fund after the age of 50+ could enable me to have a house in U.S. But thats too far to have that, ha ha.. And prices would keep rising.
But what is astonishing it looked as to me that, prior to pandemic the price of a median house was below $300k and after few years of pandemic's time, it increased as to 42%, which is quite staggering !! The effect of price in US impacted other countries of the world and the uptrend kept going.
What I think is, with #BTC investment in a bear market and hoping to see every BTC coin to have $100k value in the coming few decades of time might help me grow price to buy and own my classy house. It would take years of effort to fill up my banking investments to grow and alongside it, the crypto portfolio to let it sink in until a convenient time to release the coins is what in my attention.
Maybe the house would be way manageable in Oriental Continent, but lets focus on growing and stacking resources, until having the worth and assets combinedly to equal the house purchase.
Rest is a matter of luck, no doubt.
