[ESP/ENG] Informe La Colmena: Resultados y Visión de Futuro (mayo 2026)

Es un placer para el equipo de @la-colmena presentarles un nuevo reporte de actividades. Este periodo ha sido intenso y lleno de aprendizajes, y como siempre, venimos a compartirlo todo con transparencia.

It is a pleasure for the @la-colmena team to present a new activity report. This period has been intense and full of learnings, and as always, we come to share everything transparently.
Un ajuste en el rumbo: Cierre del nodo de testigo
Queremos informarles que hemos tomado la decisión de cerrar definitivamente nuestro nodo de testigo. Ya lo habíamos hecho en el pasado y luego lo reactivamos con la esperanza de que las condiciones mejoraran, pero la realidad del mercado —con esa baja sostenida en los precios de las criptomonedas— hace que mantener la infraestructura ya no sea viable para nosotros.
Es una decisión pragmática, no una derrota. Seguimos firmes en Hive, simplemente desde otro rol.
A Course Adjustment: Witness Node Shutdown
We want to inform you that we have made the decision to permanently shut down our witness node. We had done so in the past and then reactivated it hoping conditions would improve, but market reality —with that sustained drop in cryptocurrency prices — makes maintaining the infrastructure no longer viable for us.
It is a pragmatic decision, not a defeat. We remain firmly in Hive, simply from another role.
Seguimos construyendo: Curación y formación sin pausa
Lo más importante es que nuestro trabajo no se detiene. De hecho, este periodo ha sido uno de los más activos en términos de curación:
- La curación sigue: Seguimos recorriendo la comunidad hispana, votando y destacando contenido de calidad. Nuestro compromiso con los creadores es inquebrantable.
- La formación de curadores avanza: Seguimos capacitando a nuevos curadores. Cada persona que se suma fortalece el ecosistema.
- @colmeneros sigue activo: Nuestro centro de enseñanza dinámico no se detiene. Los tutoriales, guías y recursos en la-colmena.me siguen creciendo.
- El #HPUD continúa: Desde @colmeneros seguimos impulsando el Hive Power Up Day cada mes. Fortalecer cuentas es fortalecer la red.
We Keep Building: Curation and Training Without Pause
The most important thing is that our work does not stop. In fact, this period has been one of the most active in terms of curation:
- Curation continues: We keep browsing the Hispanic community, voting and highlighting quality content. Our commitment to creators is unwavering.
- Curator training advances: We continue training new curators. Every person who joins strengthens the ecosystem.
- @colmeneros remains active: Our dynamic learning hub does not stop. The tutorials, guides, and resources on la-colmena.me keep growing.
- #HPUD continues: From @colmeneros we keep promoting Hive Power Up Day every month. Strengthening accounts means strengthening the network.
Con fe y mirada al futuro
Sabemos que estos son tiempos difíciles para muchos en el ecosistema cripto. La baja de precios afecta a todos. Pero también sabemos que los ciclos existen y que, mientras tanto, lo mejor que podemos hacer es seguir trabajando, educando y acompañando.
Tenemos fe en el proyecto Hive. Fe en la comunidad hispana, que sigue siendo uno de los motores más vibrantes de esta blockchain. Fe en que el contenido de calidad, la educación y el apoyo mutuos son los cimientos sobre los que se construye algo duradero.
A quienes alguna vez votaron por @la-colmena como testigo: gracias por esa confianza. Pero les pedimos también que se queden con nosotros en esta nueva etapa. La colmena sigue activa, solo que ahora con toda la energía puesta en lo que mejor sabemos hacer: curar, educar y conectar.
With Faith and Eyes on the Future
We know that these are difficult times for many in the crypto ecosystem. The price drop affects everyone. But we also know that cycles exist and that, in the meantime, the best we can do is keep working, educating, and supporting.
We have faith in the Hive project. Faith in the Hispanic community, which remains one of the most vibrant engines of this blockchain. Faith that quality content, education, and mutual support are the foundations on which something lasting is built.
To those who once voted for @la-colmena as a witness: thank you for that trust. But we also ask you to stay with us in this new stage. La Colmena remains active, only now with all our energy focused on what we do best: curate, educate, and connect.
