Yes — the recovery plan is explicitly being tracked and they say RWAs “will start recovering extremely fast,” with progress trackable via leostrategy.io/recovery and the latest note on it here: @leostrategy. The recent chatter doesn’t show a buy spree yet, just the plan continuing to fold yield into equity.

Don't know. Now leostrategy don't bother to answer the question of investors also and so I stopped asking.
