Enjoying a coffee with a unique and special flavor

Good evening friends, welcome back to my blog... When I read the proposals of our dear @galenkp and found the word coffee in one of his proposals I was immediately certain that this would be the one I would choose, since I have always enjoyed its flavor and the positive effect it has on me. Below, I share with you the recent experience I had in a coffee shop.

Share a weekend café/coffee shop moment from a past weekend or (preferably) from this weekend and explain the event and place, what you had there and why.

The photos I share with you were of a snack I shared with my mother and daughter, this cafeteria is located in Margarita Island, this place is characterized by seafood, as it is a city that is dedicated to fishing. As soon as I landed on the island I told my daughter that we had to snack every day in different coffee shops, in order to find the best coffee, my intention was to enjoy a different, aromatic and exotic coffee, perhaps I was very demanding thinking that in a cup of coffee could concentrate an infinity of flavors and aromas. My daughter laughed a lot, because she thought I would tell her that I wanted to find the best imported beer of the island haha that was also important, but as I love coffee that was the priority!

We had the habit of having a snack in a different coffee shop and try the coffee that made magic in my palate, the good thing about this search is that when we found the place where they sold the perfect coffee, it would remain as a reference for my daughter when she wanted to enjoy the best coffee. We had passed by this cafeteria several times since it is close to my daughter's house, its facade is always lighted and it is an impeccably and beautifully decorated place, all the details of the cafeteria make you feel in a comfortable and cozy place, besides the waiters serve you in a very attentive way, always with a smile and with a good attitude. When we sat down at the table, the manager approached us and asked us if we had the food menu and immediately my daughter and I said at the same time: the coffee menu!

One detail that I loved was that the innkeeper explained to us in very detail how each of the coffees offered on the menu was prepared, he told us a little about the history of the coffee beans they use in that establishment, he also dedicated part of his time to explain to us a little about the history of that type of grain, its origin and a little about the history of what its process was like from its cultivation to the moment it is packaged. I was very attentive, but my mother interrupted the innkeeper several times telling him that she wanted to enjoy her coffee, that another day I should go alone so that they could explain the entire philosophy of coffee to me. Haha, with a little embarrassment, I asked the innkeeper to He recommended the best coffee to me, but he replied that they were all excellent. I think it is the policy of the place not to give prominence to a single type of coffee, but I told him that I had been trying for days to find a coffee that had an unforgettable flavor and that would leave me I wanted to go every day to have a snack in that place, I'm sure that that proposal was the magic words for him to recommend the exquisite pistachio coffee to me.

This coffee is served in a cup and a glass cup, its presentation was very beautiful, I felt sorry for drinking it and enjoyed for a few seconds the beautiful contrast of its colors. In the cup they place espresso coffee with condensed milk and a concentrated cream that has crushed pistachios on top. The glass cup has slivered almonds, with milk cream along with a pistachio cream concentrate and a mixture of crushed pistachios and different types of nuts. When I took the first bite it was love at first sight, I could feel an explosion of flavors and textures on my palate that made this culinary experience unforgettable!

After this first experience I tried to go several times, I couldn't go daily since the price is quite expensive, but it is really worth giving yourself this great pleasure!

That place will always be my favorite cafe on Margarita Island, I hope to return very soon!
