Find Your Spark Again!

Your spark could be just about anything.
Something that gives you joy, happiness, some sort of satisfaction.
It could be your daily routine or activities, it could even be your work, something you engage in every now and then.
It could even be an emotion, feeling of any kind
It could be a person too.
Whatever it is that helps keep your senses and mind in check, whatever gives you butterflies and makes you all bubbling, find it and when you do, keep it and sustain it at all cost.

Here I am brooding over the things and people that gave me temporary joy and happiness in the past.
Reminiscing the moments and memories created with these people and time spent doing those things that made me happy, I realized I should have done everything within my power to sustain whatever it is that kept me happy.
And if there were people, I should have kept them closer and not watch them slip away.
Don't get me wrong, I am not alone or rather I do not feel lonely in anyway, I just feel things would have taken a different turn if I had chosen that path.

I wouldn't be feeling the way I do now, I wouldn't be having this regret either.
So while you still can , if you still can, find your spark.
And if you had one and you lost it along the way, you can do that again.
Find the things that you enjoy doing and engage in them again.
Keep your favourite people closer and do not watch them slip away, so you don't have any regrets
Life seems less unfair when we are doing the things we love doing or we are with the people we love to be with.
So though you might have lost it, you can find your spark again.
Starting today, do what you can and don't leave regrets behind.
