I think Saylor is 100% right. If Turkey makes a move like he is suggesting, it will pull itself out of its financial problems. However, the world does not revolve around your financial problems. Global investment in the fiat system is substantial and robust, making it unlikely that those in control will allow any other country to replicate what El Salvador has done.
