Well, more is better, and I think meme creators will be happier. However, I am thinking of the long-term sustainability of the contest. Nevertheless, if you think you can afford it, why not?
This will be my suggestion:
1st place—from 5k to 8k
2nd place—from 2.5k to 4k
3rd place—from 1.5k to 2k
2 consolation prizes—from 1k to 1.5k
To implement this change, we need 17k MEME rewards per week.
