  7. Just laugh — even if you are really trying to fake a laugh, you will eventually get to the point where you are actually laughing because it sounds so damned foolish while you are trying to fake it!

Indeed, as a child, laughing too much and getting a stomach ache was an everyday occurrence for me. As an adult, however, such things rarely happen. Various other worries may be preventing me from laughing honestly.
Maybe I should try to watch a comedy movie every weekend😂
