I’m very excited to see how this works
I gave this MM design to LeoStrategy. I intended to build it one day but better they build & deploy it as a public good for the LEO Economy
The problems that are solved here are multi-fold:
- Lack of bid/ask order book depth on hive-engine
- Lack of active trading volume on HE order books, base LPs and HE LPs
This new MM will drive more depth to the order book which will encourage more active trading on all LEO & LSTR assets
RWAs are especially meant to be actively traded. You’re meant to read the deviations on threads and buy when it’s cheap / deviated from the peg then sell when it starts to reach parity with the peg
RWAs, LEO, LSTR and SURGE will all get order book depth from this new MM. it will not only encourage more human trading but it will also lead to additional AI trades by LeoStrategy’s other MMs.
The MMs all work synergistically to profit on volume

The issue is the yield. When something like
this produce kind of yield it is, many like me stake it instead of trading it, so I feel, this is where the lack of trading volume comes in.
