If you see content from someone that you don't want to see content from, you can easily give feedback. It immediately removes that piece of content from your feed and understands your preferences in the future (not delisting but deboosting that person's content for you only in the future)
It's like a downvote that has no actual onchain downvote effect. The user never knows you did it
