At this rate, I don't think SURGE's presale will make it to Base. The Base launch should just be SURGE's pools getting launched post-presale ($50k in liquidity will be seeded)
Whether it does or not, this is bullish for Lions. Lions should own as much SURGE as possible before it gets to Base
This could happen any day now
