As Christians our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ obligated to love one another and to be our brothers keeper. So as believers one of the way of showing love to people or being our brothers keeper is to assist them financially when we see them in need. It is a sign that shows we care and are compassionate about them. We are expected to help one another no matter the little way we can . We must not wait to have all the resources in the world before we can offer financial assistance to others ,no, we must start from the little we have.
When we assist others financially in our own little God on His own blesses and increases us. The bible said. Blessed is the hand that giveth than the one that taketh.

Jesus said " the poor will you always have around you" so that means He expects us to assist the poor ones around us who can't afford their daily needs . Let's learn how to have compassion on people.
