SIRP = System Income Rewards Pool. It's the daily LEO rewards paid to InLeo creators/curators from @leo.tokens.

Funded 100% by buybacks using InLeo revenue: Premium subs ($10/mo), creator subs (1% fee), @leofinance beneficiaries, @leo.voter delegations.

No inflation—LEO is deflationary at 30M max supply (burns from bridges, null posts, non-InLeo earnings).
