Indonesia-US $38.4 Billion Deals Signed

Companies from both sides inked deals worth a whopping $38.4 billion. It's all happening right before their presidents seal a major trade agreement, and it could change how these two countries do business for years. The signings went down in Washington D.C. on February 18, 2026.

Indonesian President was there, watching as 11 agreements were finalized. These cover everything from mining and energy to farming, textiles, furniture, and tech.

It's a mix that touches on resources Indonesia has plenty of and tech the US excels at. Indonesia has been running a big trade surplus with the US, meaning they sell more than they buy. These deals aim to balance that out by boosting investments and creating jobs on both ends.

Indonesian President mentioned it'll help modernize Indonesia's industries while strengthening ties with America.
