This move marks a significant expansion beyond Bitwise's traditional passive index funds into actively managed, multi-strategy absolute return crypto solutions designed to capitalize on market inefficiencies with an emphasis on low volatility and robust risk management.

The active strategies team is led by Jeffrey Park, CFA, with expertise from professionals formerly at Corbin Capital, Harvard Management Company, Morgan Stanley, Northern Trust, and Millennium Management.

Bitwise aims to leverage this large advisor network to redefine institutional access to the digital asset space and meet the growing demand for liquid, actively managed crypto investment products.
