Why you are delegating your HP to leo.voter? It doesn't give your delegation rewards. It doesn't upvote you for delegating you HP. Rather than wasting your HP You can choose to delegate it somewhere else to get some facilities.

I stopped my delegation to leo.voter long ago since they stopped paying. It indeed ridiculous some people still delegated their HP to leo.voter.
