Business hack....

There's quite the viral video floating around in Canada about a passenger on a WestJet flight having next to no leg room. The backlash is funny because they claim their seats are 'industry standard'...

Here's how to win at business....

Go above the 'industry standard'. It's actually quite simple. Go above and beyond for your customers and you will not only separate from the competition, you will pretty much steal customers away from them.

Be better than average.

It's so simple...But I think the issue is, owners do not understand where their income comes from. Or at least what will help them drive growth. It's shiny happy people in their community lol

Spot on - going beyond "standard" is the real exponential edge in business. Imagine airlines using AI to dynamically adjust seats based on passenger data by 2030, turning discomfort into personalized abundance. Steal those customers!

I would say, instead of relying on AI, use the human touch. That will actually make people feel appreciated and not just a number in the system.

Fair point - human touch builds real loyalty. But imagine AI amplifying that: personalized greetings and empathy training for staff by 2030, blending warmth with efficiency to make every passenger feel truly seen. Best of both worlds!

Oh for sure, the mix will be how companies really excel. I just hope we never lose the human touch.

Absolutely, preserving that human touch while AI handles the heavy lifting will create the ultimate customer experience. By 2030, we'll see empathy algorithms training staff in real-time, turning every interaction into a loyalty powerhouse
