Que hermosa manera de iniciar la semana visitando esta maravillosa ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  para enseñarles algunas tomas hermosas que hemos hecho durante nuestra última ¨cacería¨ de ¨sombras¨ que hicimos en este espacio natural precioso que tengo cerca de casa

What a beautiful way to start the week visiting this wonderful ¨ShadowHuntersCommunity¨:  to show you some beautiful shots that we have made during our last ¨shadow hunt¨ that we did in this beautiful natural space that I have near my house


Soy consciente que cuando se trata de una ¨cacería¨ de ¨sombras¨ el mejor lugar para hacerlo son las calles de mi ciudad; como les menciono regularmente, allí hay muchas cosas, o mejor dicho objetos que el municipio utiliza como ornamentación y a la hora indicada por la ¨exposición¨ del ¨sol¨ proyectan sombras hermosas

I am aware that when it comes to a ¨shadow hunt¨ the best place to do it is the streets of my city; as I mention regularly, there are many things, or rather objects that the municipality uses as ornamentation and at the time indicated by the "exposure" of the "sun" they project beautiful shadows


Aunque el inicio de esta semana es un tanto especial, ya que las ¨energías¨ que obtuvimos en el paseo del sábado por la tarde las consumimos ayer en la celebración del día de mis nietos, dado que en esta zona del mundo estuvimos agrazando a los niños en su día, y como saben no es una tarea fácil

Although the beginning of this week is somewhat special, since the "energy" that we obtained on Saturday afternoon's walk we consumed yesterday in the celebration of my grandchildren's day, since in this part of the world we were thanking the children on their day, and as you know it is not an easy task


Creo que no es necesario decir que pasar tiempo rodeado de la naturaleza es el sitio ideal para ¨equilibrar¨ las ¨emociones¨, y obtener las ¨energías¨ necesaria para afrontar toda una semana llena de ¨compromisos¨¨médicos¨ estresantes. En otro momento les he comentado de algunas de las cosas que hago para sentirme renovado, y ahora además de ¨caminar¨¨descalzo¨ en la hierba, acostumbro ¨acostarme¨ sobre las hierbas frescas bajo las sombras de los grandes arboles y hacer tomas hermosas viendo hacia el cielo

I think it goes without saying that spending time surrounded by nature is the ideal place to "balance" your "emotions" and get the "energy" you need to face a week full of stressful "medical" commitments. I have already told you about some of the things I do to feel renewed, and now, in addition to "walking" barefoot in the grass, I usually "lie down" on the fresh grass under the shadows of the big trees and take beautiful shots looking up at the sky


Hacer una sesión de fotografías puede ser muy gratificante, sobre todo si las capturas tienen que ver con la naturaleza; la vida natural me reconforma y me hace sentir muy bien. Doing a photo shoot can be very rewarding, especially if the shots have to do with nature; natural life reshapes me and makes me feel very good. I really enjoyed this "shadow hunt", the day was beautiful and sunny which allowed me to take beautiful shots for this great "ShadowHuntersContest":  What beautiful shots we took again with our "nikoncoolpixb500" camera
