Otra vez a mitad de semana, y como todos los miércoles visitando esta maravillosa ¨WednesdayWalkCommunity¨:  de nuestro amigo tattoodjay:  Este es uno de esos desafíos que nunca dejo de participar, dado que es una oportunidad que tengo para hacer algo saludable por mí, además, disfrutar de los lugares naturaleza donde acostumbro caminar

Again in the middle of the week, and like every Wednesday visiting this wonderful ¨WednesdayWalkCommunity ¨:  from our friend tattoodjay :  This is one of those challenges that I never stop participating in, since it is an opportunity that I have to do something healthy for myself, in addition, enjoy the natural places where I usually walk


Sabemos que la vida es más corta de la que suponemos, y puede ser aun peor si no hacemos nada ¨saludable¨ por nuestro organismo; una caminata es una de esas ejercitaciones simples, pero que tienen un impacto muy positivo en nuestro cuerpo, sobre todo se escogemos caminar en lugares abiertos colmados de naturaleza

We know that life is shorter than we suppose, and it can be even worse if we do not do anything “healthy” for our body; A walk is one of those simple exercises, but that has a very positive impact on our body, above all we choose to walk in open places full of nature


En mi ciudad prácticamente estamos iniciando la semana, venimos de un fin de semana extra largo, y en medio de una gran celebración como es el ¨día¨ del ¨Padre¨ donde uno se toma la total libertad en consumir los alimentos que tanto ansia, y la verdad no he sido la excepción, y como estoy con sobre peso, no es algo que lo tenga que tomar con tanta naturalidad, por esa razón era inevitable no comenzar la semana haciendo una caminata en esta hermosa reserva

In my city we are practically starting the week, we come from an extra long weekend, and in the middle of a great celebration such as "Father's Day" where one takes total freedom in consuming the foods that I crave so much, and the truth is I have not been the exception, and since I am overweight, it is not something that I have to take so naturally, for that reason it was inevitable not to start the week by taking a walk in this beautiful reserve


Lo que me gusta de este espacio natural más allá del buen tamaño donde ejercitarse, es que si estas concentrado en donde caminas puedes llegar a descubrir cosas realmente llamativas, como resulto ser este ¨cascaron¨ seco de una ¨cigarra¨, este es un proceso muy interesante de este insecto, por lo que sugiero busque en la web información sobre este fenómeno, veras que es llamativo, sobre todo si eres un apasionado de la vida silvestre

What I like about this natural space beyond the good size to exercise in, is that if you are focused on where you walk you can discover really striking things, such as this dry "shell" of a "cicada", this is a very interesting process of this insect, so I suggest searching the web for information about this phenomenon, you will see that it is striking, especially if you are passionate about wildlife


Esta semana ha sido de esas muy gratificante, disfrutamos mucho de la vida silvestre mientras caminábamos por la reserva, dimos con cosas preciosas de la vida natural de este lugar, y pudimos hacer hermosas fotografías con nuestra cámara ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ Este tipo de mariposa no es una de esas especies que se vea con frecuencia, lo que significa que haber dado con ella ha sido un gran hallazgo, otra cosa que no es muy común en este tipo de insecto es que permanezca mucho tiempo posado en un mismo lugar, agradecido que lo haya hecho, pudimos hacer estas hermosas fotografías

This week has been one of those very rewarding, we really enjoyed the wildlife while we walked through the reserve, we found beautiful things about the natural life of this place, and we were able to take beautiful photographs with our camera ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ This type of butterfly is not one of those species that is seen frequently, which means that finding it has been a great find, another thing that is not very common in this type of insect is that it stays for a long time time posed in the same place, grateful that he did it, we were able to take these beautiful photographs

Si, hay insectos que hay que respetar su espacio y evitarlos, pero la cigarras y las mariposas son inofensivas
