Splinterlands New Daily Spin

image.png
One of the newest things to be added to Splinterlands is Lux's favor. It's a new daily thing given to people for logging in daily in the Frontier section of Splinterlands. This is free. If you have a Spinterlands account, it wouldn't be a bad idea to just spin and see where your luck goes. You can get a free spin every single day.

Rewards

Above are some of the rewards from spinning the wheel. As you can see, you can get skins, sparks, and energy in Frontier mode. It's quite interesting, but I didn't include the screenshot of energy. I think this is a nice way to reward players for showing up daily as they don't affect the battles themsevles. It's more about something more cosmetic in the game. As you can see, I also got extra spark for being on my 3rd day of claiming. So your rewards do get better if you maintain a streak.

Circa's Spark Shop

One of the newest currencies added is Spark, and this can be spent in Circa's Spark Shop. As you can see above, it gives people the ability to buy different skins in the game.

Conclusion

I think this is a great addition to the game, and it makes people want to show up every day if they can. It's free, and I think the impact on the game is minimal, as it is just cosmetic. I do think the skins can be sold, but I think it shouldn't be that expensive as it can be obtained by anyone just by logging in.

What do you think of this?

Spark shop seems quite useless, just skins worth nothing

Yea, but I think it's still nice to get a few skins for free. It might not be worth much though.

Since inception 3 days ago, I don't miss the spinning, especially because I always see it on my frontier homepage.

It is great to see that players can earn skins just by spinning a wheel in the game everyday

Happy to have earned a cosmetic for my avatar. Not something I’d spend my funds on otherwise personally.

I’d be curious if there was a counter for how many spins had been completed by players thus far.

Yea. It's great you can earn it for free. As for the total spins, you would have to ask the Splinterlands team, but I don't know when they might mention it.
