Idle Games Progress #2: Terracore, Golem Overlord and Crownrend
It's been a while, but I have been playing some idle games on Hive and haven't talked much about it on my blog posts. I have played Terracore and Golem Overlord for quite a while and started Crownrend recently. I thought it would be a good idea to track how well I am doing regarding both of these games over time. I like these games because you don't have to do anything but wait and collect now and then. So, in a way, these games are perfect for someone like me who doesn't have that much time.
Terracore
Terracore is my first idle game, and the UI hasn't really changed. The last post was still from over a year ago, so it doesn't look like much has changed at all. My stats have gone up, and I usually just spend a few minutes a day on it. So I haven't given up on it completely. My stats have gone up, but I also don't have as much hope here too without any updates.
The price of scrap tokens has dropped quite a bit, and ever since my last idle games update, the price has dropped even further. I am still playing for now, as it doesn't take much time, but it's sad to see as the price has dropped by around half.

Golem Overlord
Golem Overlord is the second idle game that I played, and this game is one in which I have already recouped my initial investment. I am still quite active there as I show up twice a day or so to do my attacks and claim. The UI is the same as last time, and there haven't been much changes other than my stats going up. There hasn't been any new blog posts since 9 months ago. So I am a bit worried, but I don't think its been that long. I remember the developer focusing on things for a while, then takinga break. I do hope that the updates continue in the future.
The price of PART tokens has stayed about the same as the last time that I did an update. I am a bit surprised to see this because there hasn't been an update in a while. However, I do think the gameplay is still engaging and there seems to be quite a few people still active here for conquest mode.
The price of shard was decent a few months ago, but it looks like it has dipped. It's dropping down slowly, but its on the decline.

Crownrend
Crownrend is my 3rd idle game. Unlike the other two games, I haven't touched this game in a while after they changed the entire game system. At this point, I don't feel like doing anything because I can't generate any DENAR, and I can't win any from attacking. The new system just doesn't seem to be what I enjoy from an idle game.
DENAR has fell quite a bit since it came out. It looks like demand has dried up to a large extent since the last time I checked. After the new changes happened, I think alot of people just didn't like the new system

Conclusion
These are the three idle games that I am playing. From how things look, Golem Overlord is decent, Terracore is looking bad, and Crownrend is doing the worst. The lack of updates on Terracore doesn't bode well as the token value continues to slip, and Crownrend seems to have died after the most recent game changes. Actually, the value is slipping on all of the games as it is inflationary. I am glad that I recouped my initial investment on Golem Overlord and Crownrend after my experience with Terracore. I am slightly worried for Golem Overlord, but its not as bad as Terracore.
Have you started playing Terracore, Crownrend or Golem Overlord yet?

Crownrend started off very well but then had a tremendous fall.
Yea. I stopped paying attention to it when I saw the change to the system. I just couldn't see myself earning much DENAR and if I can't earn anything, then I just moved elsewhere.
I'm not into any of these, idle games have tendency to slowly die
I think Golem Overlord seems to be the best one out of the 3. The price of PART hasn't dropped too much, but I agree that the best time to enter is at the start to recoup the initial investment first.
