I am sure @lstr.voter parameter settings is temporary.
Surely, there is room to lower the requirement (along with the vote pct) esp when LSTR value raises and/or vote grows with delegations.
Current challenge is securing enough calls.

I adressed the holder issue in the original @skiptvads thread.
I know the weighting formula - should the team keep the spirit and change minimum to 1 LSTR, actual holders get more control. The 100% mana problem reappears, though. Math=fun.
