The #WAX blockchain newcomers to INLEO are family, hehe, as WAX & HIVE both have STEEM as their "parent chain" (if we agree that STEEM was a prefiguration of EOS, and also mainly born out of Dan Larimer's fertile mind 🙃).

Yeah. No. Wax has never been family, but they are welcome to become family.

Probably a deep knowledge of both chain's codes gives you that insight. From my side, I see their shared origin, a quite similar dPoS architecture (with some dozens witnesses producing the blocks), instant & almost feeless tx.

We can maybe only say that chain is functionally much closer to Hive than Ethereum, Cardano or Solana.

sure it is a graphene based chain.
but the community has never been a steem or hive community.

The devs have never tried to work with any Hive projects for integration.
They have kept themselves separate out of hubris.

I agree. What we're seeing now is a cooperation/interoperability desire from WAX Community members, like Breakman - actually several Hive projects have taken part in one of the NFTopia Metaverse Conferences he has set up.

The future is cross chain. Wax and Hive working together would be great for both chains in my opinion
