What's in the Bag?

If you have been around the crypto-verse for years now and you're yet to earn or see a million in your portfolio, don't fret or feel too bad about it. Why so, you might ask. Because you're not alone. I and many others are on the same page, lol! So let's learn from whatever mistakes we had in the past and enjoy our crypto ride at present.

Yep, I'm not crypto-rich which is funny (not so!) despite having bought Bitcoin at $300 in 2015 and even participated in some successful ICOs a few years later. But that's a story for another day because today, it's about what other stuff is in my crypto bag.

Apart from what is seen on my Hive wallets, I have some investments in other chains and this is what they look like to date:

Optimism (OP) makes up 24+%. For some reason, I didn't sell any of it when the price hit above $4 in 2022 and even last month. Although I may off-load some before the incoming unlock on the 29th, otherwise, I'm just going to keep holding them.

RUNE comes next. Bought most at $2, some at $3, and even at $4+ and still adding whenever I can. Then there is BCH, BNB, and yes, I do have a small amount of the so-called digital gold (BTC). The husband wanted me to add more to it last year but I was stubborn, lol!

Other coins and/or tokens making up 14.68% of the bag include AVAX, TIA, MATIC, RNDR, SOL, AMPL, HBAR, PYTH, JUP, CAKE, etc). You could say that my crypto purse is too diversified.

I also have some small amounts on CEX like Binance and Kucoin. I have to admit that trading is a bit more convenient in those centralized exchanges. One of the reasons why I keep some BNB and FDUSD on Binance is to participate in farming new coins on their Launchpool. I use USDT mainly for trading.

There are also some smaller numbers in different crypto wallets and chains that I haven't included like CACAO, WAX, etc.

I know I have some memecoins like DOGE, SHIB, and what else somewhere. I'll just have to find my keys to them, lol! This just reminded me to take time and organize them now or it will never happen. With several hot wallets (others are used for airdrops), it can be quite overwhelming, but my major holdings are on my Ledger and on 2 other wallets that are seldom touched or opened so I think they are quite safe where they are.

Anyhow, while it is visible onchain, here's what my Hive wallets look like. Layer 2 tokens have not been included, just [HIVE]( and HBD.

As to when my first million-dollar crypto portfolio comes, I wouldn't know. I'll just continue to build while I can and hope for the best. And I should learn from others as well, to have a better chance at it, hehe!
