Why Finding a Job Is Tougher Than Ever: Insights from My Search of job offline and online

After spending a lot of time on hunting jobs both offline and online workd I've found a lot of different things and reasons that tells what people are most comfortable with nowadays.

firstly it's not easy to hunt a job when you don't have an experience like you're a freshman while company is looking for someone with two years or more experience in that related field.

There's a lot of things like experience to your education and other things could be disability or physical appearance that makes it difficult for you to get a job in this real world.

The challenges you face while finding a job real time

These past few weeks I went to multiple places far away from home and it costed me much money for just traveling to reaching office and than giving interviews in those places.

You can't find a job in nearby places to your home that easily but if you're living in a place with good employment opportunities than consider yourself lucky.

What I have in my mind is that first I'll find a job around the city and than I'll look for a home nearby that place to make it easy to do job and save travel expenses but than again in those places home rent is much high.

Low salary, more work and time

In most places I've been had low salary than my expectations and they were demanding more work and asking me to spend more time.

More work and time makes sense when salary is reasonable but it was absurd even in multi billion dollar companies like McDonald or KFC is offering 32,000pkr that is about $100 something.

Again if you willingly work with low salary than they exploit you as much as possible as well as dealing with the behaviour in the workplace physically and mentally makes you more tired.

This is why majority of people prefer online work or work from home

In present time every single person would prefer working from home and some online work than being physically available in some office or cabin just because work from home doesn't cost them travel expenses or time.

You just wake up and knows you don't have to get ready but you just need to do this work which is like another task in your everyday to do list.

Other than that those who work online doesn't need to be looking like some super tough guy or model. What matters is their skills, not the appearance or your where you coming from.

While finding remote jobs is painful, online ones is searchable on the internet but only challenge you've to face is

There's a lot of competition in online job world

You don't get it that easily because there's always someone who'll do that same particular online job for less money, more skillful than you're.

The chances of getting replaced by someone else in online world is high compared to remote.

If we talk about freelance jobs we all know how saturated that market is at the moment with every 1 job post there's like 100+ people waiting in line to get that job.

It's almost same with other jobs and roles on the internet. So, those who have got work from home and online aren't like "we can whatever and however we want" they just know to work properly and on time.

In the end I wonder what you're most comfortable with like I know everyone have that phase in life when they applied for so many jobs and also got rejection before getting one job and can tell how painful it is to hunt a job.
