The Shocking Reality of Public Transport After Dark

A few days ago something unexpected happened while I was travelling in public transport and it changed my entire experience about it in just one day.

We do have good public transportation in overall major cities and I'm living in capital of my country aka in Islamabad where you have metro bus, green line, orange line and other public transport like for women they have introduced a separate buses that won't charge any fare at all.

So, I always preferred going to work and back at home through public transportation but this one experience was enough to make it worse.

The Worst it can get in Public transport

Is when you reach to the station and see a line where people are standing it's so long but the moment bus will arrive no son or father care about that line and just try to jump on that bus like some animals.

Mostly I've travelled in metro bus in daylight and at those times I've not seen it that crowded but

Few days ago I saw how it's like at night when everyone is returning from work to home through the same bus and route, it was way too crowded than one yiu see in picture

The buses are so crowded like the gate opens and you'll have to jump in if you're lucky you get inside than you won't have a place to take breath or even standing in there isn't easy.

I was standing like a normal person until this

So that night it was the last bus coming back to station as the time was 10:00 pm already and after that metro station is close till next day.

Luckily I got into that crowded bus and was standing like every other guy waiting for my stop while listening to music in my headphones.

Like you know bus stops at different stations and when it stopped at this one station.. a guy out of nowhere wanted to go but he was already late and so far back from bus gate.

So instead of waiting for next station he decided to jump over all the guys.. like that guy literally jumped on the head of all other people.. they got hit and his hands took my headphones off...

It fell on the bus and now I can't see headphone anywhere cuz all I see is those feets.

But that guy was right next to me so I couldn't stop myself from punching him.

I was so pissed because it wasn't just I'll mannered but also shows how stupid and careless people can get who don't care about other people.

Good thing I wasn't the only one who did hit him but serval other guys victim of that stupidity did the same thing.

I lost my headphones

Couldn't find those because bus was so crowded and I just wanted to get rid of that bus.

Trust me that headphone was my favourite one ordered back in the end of 2022 and not a single time any of my headphones survived more than couple of months but that was something special.

Just because of some people your public transportation experience can become a nightmare.. we seriously need to educate more basic ethics to these people who can't even act like normal person in public.

Wrapping up....

In the end we have to pay a price for cheap things and since our public transportation is cheaper than anywhere else.. things like this can happen but it was still surprising for me who's using these buses to travel from years and never faced anything like it before.
