The Real Reason You're Not Getting Job Interviews

back in the days it was easy to apply for a job despite of not having any sort of internet privileges that we have now.
It used to be more about going all out and giving your best to get the job you wanted for yourself or through an ad that was posted somewhere
But now things have changed to the point where even having internet doesn't guarantee getting your first job that easily anymore.
It isn't because there's a lot of unemployment but the way things are now working on internet after ai has made it worse for others as well.
Ai has made Job Hunting a living hell
So I've just mentioned about the good old time of finding jobs? You heard from someone or saw an ad on a wall or something just came up to your desk or you just went out to find one for yourself
But now the things are different and it has turned into quite a disaster.
Whenever someone would post a job, it'd instantly have applicants, be it indeed or any other job websites.
The immediate applicants on a job post doesn't really mean there's a lot of unemployment and everyone was just waiting on their screen to apply for that job
But people have made use of ai and some of those platforms itself would instantly run bots and algo's that'd instantly fire up applications.
Iike if there's 500 people applying for a job posted an hour ago, it definitely is ai and have been boosted by it.
even the freelancer aren't safe
I believe there's pretty much same on Upwork or fiver, the way an application ends up having so many responses so quickly
Just sums up how people are running bots to apply for job that is being posted in their interest and that is smart as well as make things harder for those recruiters.
If it was me, I'd have done same. I'd not go out door to door, or scroll through a website to find the jobs that I fit perfectly
I'd rather have ai do that for me, I just need to tell what I'm looking for and I'll mind my business until I get called for an interview.
But the dumb thing people do is they apply jobs with ai, they have ai resume and are expecting of getting a callback.
Like do add something that makes you human, build that resume yourself, a description that perfectly speaks for you, it is not much but an honest work. Wonder what's your thoughts on this, do share in the comments.

AI has made job hunting much faster, but it has also made it more competitive. I still believe being genuine and adding your personal touch can make a real difference.
