The Extinction We Caused: Reimagining Our Relationship with the Animal Kingdom

that some of those are extinct and some are left so rare that they're considered endangered, we have built our homes on the places where it was all wild and was supposed to be home for these animals.
Since we are on the top of the food chain and are brilliant, got brains we are supposed to look after our surroundings mean survival of these animals in the wild should be without human intervention, makes sense to take care of those animals that needs care but most can survive by their own in natural habitat.
Some of Us want to Pet everything
I've seen some people have made their hobby to go out of the way and own pets from the wild that are apex predators like lions, panthers? Wolves and even bears.
Not everyone can have these animals as pet, not an ordinary person thing but for those who have a lot of wealth or the choosen one that animal itself choose to be owned by them.
The thing is people with money can look after these animals like owning lion or leopard and such thing taking them out of their habitat and making space for them in your own limited boundary isn't still justified because they're born and raised in the wild
It'd be still a jail for these unless you take one that is newly born and seriously want to adopt, take care and grow up like you'd take care of a baby.
Foxes want to domesticate?
After cats, the next is definitely foxes as I've seen a lot of videos where they're trying to interact with human and wants them to be taken care of as a pet.
It makes more sense if an animal itself choose you and stay with you but don't become that kind of person who'd take a gorilla out of wild and lock in the cage
Let it choose you if you're lucky the chances are high but never zero.
I also have this craze of owning pets like there's no limit I find most of those animals adorable but never went to a pet shop instead I've took care of those in streets and in their own habitat.
I've had few interactions
When I was in the hometown that is in the wild in the middle of woods living with those coyote, wolves and such
I've once looked eyes to a wolf that was quite giant in size, once a coyote came inside my room
And I had that urge to do pspspsps but I knew I'd be cooked so I just left my way and it went it's own way.
I hate zoos and all those people who put these wild animals inside cage while they're supposed to live in nature, hunt and survive at their own
We've hunted enough for centuries that some of those are extinct and still haven't learnt from that, there's still people who are titled as "trophy hunters" and would pay to hunt
We need to get rid of that mindset and learn to live in peace with all kinds of animal. Wonder what's your thoughts on this? Do share in the comments.

I believe wild life are meant to resides in the forest where they have enough space to continue their daily activities rather than reserving them as pets. I believe this will prevent any form of danger ahead of time.
A big one here to answer because from inception God created us to look after His creation. Personally, the issue of preserving animals will be for the wild ones not to be hunted down. Anyway that is easier said than done especially in the undeveloped part of the world. Talking of animals, owning a dog or a cat is not bad.
