Forget Basic Computer Courses — Here’s What Kids Should Really Learn!

A couple of days ago I had to visit a relatives place and there we had exchange a lot of idea's and talked about different things and when this kid joined

I just couldn't stop myself from asking what this little one is doing on summer vacation? The typical thing everyone used to ask me when I was a kid so now it was my turn

Anyways the response I got was quite disappointing cause they said he's doing a computer course which is fine to begin with but these are mostly scam in my country

Like they know the most basic things about computer and they'd make it a course and sell it to poor people

I was like it's all basic things one kid should know as knowledge, can't count it as a skill.. installing a window on computer is what they teach in that course and stuff like that is literally basic knowledge.

I asked myself what I'd learn if I had one month to learn a skill and after thinking a lot about it

Master How Not to Loose Money and code

Two skills I'd prefer everyone to learn within a month and it'll be paying off in the long run easily

The first is obviously trading, learn how not to loose money and the second one is coding.

I have this younger brother who's in 7th grade right now and he had summer vacations

He was mostly watching me trade and I was like he seems pretty interested into it so I explained some of things, later gave him additional resources where he can learn more

A few days ago he was asking me to sign him up and deposit couple of dollars for which is said I'll do but first you gotta wait and learn more

He's good with the numbers so I've plan for him like get him into finance later but for now I'll let him start trading.

Read all those legends like Warren buffet or Jesse Livermore how they made Bank from teenage.

learn how not to loose money

In trading, there's a lot of competitors who want to take your money since that's what profit means, you're profiting and someone is losing on that side

So when you stop focusing on making money and focus more on saving money without making any loose

Don't take losses lightly like some of us dor and act quick while we're losing our PNL and it cost us big time.

Preserving capital guarantee you'll win in the long run otherwise you won't have money to trade anymore.

Spend more time on Coding

Coding is here to stay and it's going to be a high paying skill in the future even if Ai is all around, you can always build your own webs, product on the internet and sell to others

Or sell things on the internet.. both are same

You just need to know how you can code it'll be more like basic things as computer course nowadays.

So just for the knowledge it's better to learn and know how to code though I'm more interested in trading so that skill is something anyone can learn in a month or two and it'll be paying off if done the right way.
