Chasing Degrees in 2025: Is Your Education Worth the Price?

we're living in big 2025 working jobs we hate, advertising has us chasing cars and things we don't need and those degree's that cost us life savings

and few years of our life in universities chasing those degree's that often leads to nowhere but it does increase the chances of landing a good job.

Only if you know what you're doing and your majors are somehow good that'll get you to places otherwise that degree won't help you much.

Your Degree is the Escape You're looking for?

When we begin with something it is because we believe that have potential and will take us to places, will help achieve our dreams and that's exactly why there are people pursuing degree's that makes them doctors, scientists and so on

In Asia there's stereotypes like most Asian parents would make children pursue medical cause they want them to become a doctor of any kind

Having that Dr before name is something that people think is respectable and it'll increase their status in the society

While it should be the values and morals taught by parents to kid that should matter but I don't mind parents flexing their son or daughter is now a doctor.

It makes sense cause they've spend a lot of money on that degree

In Asia your parents must be proud of you if you've got the degree so in that case you're set.

When it comes to a Career

This is where you often end up questioning your degree if those years were even worth pursuing it cause there's a lot of cases in our country

Where a graduated person isn't able to land himself a job that'd pay equivalent to his skills in that degree.

It's not easy to find job in today's job market, even the interviewers don't pay much attention and doesn't offer a salary package that'd make sense.

And I've seen graduated people working in fast food flipping fries cause there's no job out there which is quite disappointing.

To be honest this system has failed such people, they've spent a lot on getting that degree but turns out it won't pay off

Far better if you move abroad

This is the only reason young blood doesn't want to live their life in this country because it doesn't give them the opportunities they deserve

So people after getting degrees find their way out into another country

And they do easily get the job in other countries cause you know how other countries hire immigrants and nowadays it's everywhere and the locals living in those countries are pissed cause immigrants from other countries would come and get the job meanwhile they're not getting it even though they live in their own country.

Wrapping Up...

In the end we should all be focusing on getting a degree in the big 2025 cause that's still one of required thing to land yourself a job and to build a career

It makes sense to invest in yourself though even better when you've graduated and now you've left for another country where the salary package is even better and opportunities exist.

Instead of just waiting in your country holding that degree as it won't bring anything good.

You're suppose to work on it and make your own luck sometimes. I'd love to know your thoughts on this in the comments.

My contribution will be to run on two pages. Invest part of your money in suitable markets (online or offline) while pursuing this degrees. The odds have changed, entrepreneurs are looking for investors not workers.

Nothing can be as frustrating as doing what you hate. For me it's just a waste of time because ones your mind Is not in something you are doing, you hardly can do it well.
