In our country, no initiative is welcomed; at best, they will be charged with non-payment of taxes for the collection for homeless animals; at worst, they may announce that the funds were collected for extremist activities + sponsorship from abroad (I know several such cases) therefore: we do what we can and how we can on our own and at our own expense. It is unlikely that I will have enough time to do PR in another country, since I do not have enough time to talk about my kittens. There is a question of choice: either you help, or you do PR. It is very difficult to combine, especially if you also have to work in the real world🤔😅
