Alive & Thriving Thursday : Quest for Restful Sleep || AATYr5 || Slice of Life 😆

Happy #thankfulThursday 🎉 We're another day closer to the weekend. 🙌 If you've followed my daily posts, you'll know that sleep has been a challenge for this week. So for now, I focus on that. Last night I was in bed when I thought I heard something fall. That's not surprising when one has cats for housemates. However, my usual kitties have been well behaved. Mini -- the wild cat all her life -- has recently had her litter inside, so she's getting used to the concept of this domesticated cat life. She still heads out most of the time, and at times, she missed my curfew call (so she gets locked out). I digress.. so I decided to simply ignore what I heard and claimed my sleep. Thankfully, I slept well as I did turn on the cooling system last night. When I got up in the morning, I found many of the items on the table have fallen to the floor. I'm thankful that the bottles remained on the table. Whew! I'm not taking chances so tonight I moved them to a safer counter.

Today's weather was way better than yesterday. It intermittently rained hard throughout the day. I'm glad for the cooler weather tonight. How I wish all days are like this. 🙏❤️💡

8-8. Aside from major sale from online shopping platforms, it is also International Cat Day! 😸 Wishing all cat parents out there a lovely celebration. That's a throwback photo to better days. Most of the kitties on the photo are gone now. 😒 They were treated badly by inhumans. That truly breaks my heart, and I pray to the universe for justice and protection of the outdoor kitties. I can only do so much for them, and I'm not in exactly in the best of health.

A week in August is over. I'm counting to the second week now. There are lots that need to be done. For one, Mom's old electric fan got busted yesterday. I will need to send that for repairs. I think I'd buy a cheap one for the meantime as that room gets really hot during the day without a fan. 😒 Running a household can truly be challenging (esp. if you want everything to be perfectly fine). 😅

I still actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm like less than $4 away from payout in LeadsLeap. It's something to look forward to.

I almost did not write this post. 😅 Kitties to the rescue this time though. 😝 Well, I'm thankful it's FriYAY tomorrow. That's one reason to smile at least. Weekend is coming again! 🎉 I wish you a fantastic weekend! Nighty night from Manila. Ta-tah! 👋
