Is a quiet night too much to ask? That apparently is the case tonight. 🙄 The local water work started drilling on the street across the building at around eight in the evening. It's still ongoing for almost two hours now. 😒 I do wonder how much longer would this noise go on? 😔 #wishmeluck 🍀

The night before I took a break, I cooked myself homemade chicken with mushrooms in adobo sauce. 😋 I did not mind cooking a bigger batch as this dish is somehow a form of comfort food for me. I'd definitely enjoy it for the next three days at least. 😆 At least that takes my mind off planning for meals the next few days.

Nope, it's not the summer months for us. It's actually the rainy season, but the last few years, we've been experiencing less rain where I am. It's probably not the case in some parts of the city or the country. 🙄 June is my birth month. July is my daughter's. I guess then I could say it must be magical indeed. 😆 It would be more magical if we were together I suppose. As it is, we celebrated our natal days separately. It is what it is.

Well, if it's summer for you, then I hope you're making the most out of it. I imagine you'd be planning a vacation somewhere soon. 😆 Now that's something I have not enjoyed in a long while (since Mom passed). 🙏❤️💡

Fourteen days left till end of July. Now we're getting somewhere. 😆 What's keeping you busy? Me -- day work, family pets, plants, other chores, and murder mystery shows at night. 😆 Yes, the noise outside is interfering with my restful night. 😔

The rainfall last night was a welcome relief. Apparently there's a tropical depression in the country, so we're supposed to expect some rain. Let's see how that goes. I do work on getting my daily steps despite supposedly less walk for me (I need not water the plants in the garden). I decided to find other ways to get more steps. 💪

I actively work on these affiliate sites daily. I'm working on getting to $2 on LL.
