Wow two more work days and also the same amount of time till end of the second month of the year. Amazing how time flies by too fast! 😱 So what have been up to the past two days? Well, I did cook myself some spaghetti sauce with ground pork and hotdogs. I do prefer short noodles so I mixed it with macaroni.
Voila! That was my meals for the last four days. I like cooking in small batches so I no longer buy big packs of sauces. That's pretty convenient for me. I mostly cook after work hours and make sure I have enough for lunch the next day. 😝
Achieving my daily target of 5K steps is truly my main mini victory each day. Some days are easy. Other days it's quite a challenge. Still I gotta keep going. 💪 It's a great way to burn calories. That way I could still enjoy what I want to eat. 😅

It's about balancing emotion and intellect. At times, we may feel strongly about certain ideologies, but it's important that it's not misguided zeal. It's essential to promote justice and truth, and let's not forget peace too. Sadly, we hardly see this in the world today. The only news I watch daily is the weather news. That brings me more peace of mind. I also stay away from mainstream social media. I like keeping it simple.
Two days left in the month.. it's almost the weekend as well. Can't wait for another break. 🙏❤️💡
