Alive & Thriving ThankfulThursday : Almost Half of the Month... Whew! || AATYr6 || Prompt A Day 😊

Heya all 🎉 I'm welcoming myself back on this #thankfulThursday 😆 I'd say that the breaks I've been taking are helping me a lot. I get to enjoy my evenings more, even if the online selling neighbors now have a habit of closing past six in the evening. Sometimes they even close later than that. 😮 On my part, I've lessened my online shopping, limiting myself to necessary items. Locally, we have what you'd call sulit sweldo sale. That's usually around pay days. I do wait for these sale days so I could enjoy reduced shipping fees. At times, shipping could be free. 🙌

The sale runs for a few days, and I ordered some more groceries yesterday. Lo and behold, they have arrived this afternoon. 🎉 Canned goods I'd order online once in a while as they could be heavy. The other lighter ones I buy in person. Now that I've discovered DALI Grocery, I do enjoy the experience of going to a physical store and doing my purchases. 😅

A-ha! Saw a bigger pack for my favorite biscuit so I had to order it. I don't usually see this when I go to the grocery store. I'm pretty sure it's worth it.

Voila! That's what it looks inside. Yum! 😋 I know I'd enjoy this purchase. Well it's within budget so I could purchase it at least once a month.

So far, so good. I've managed to reach my daily steps target. 🙌 I honestly feel good that I'm reaching the goal that I have set for myself. Mini victories daily add up over time. I'm also surviving my daily food prep. Off to a pretty good start. Now, let's maintain that for the rest of 2026. 😁

I see this quote as a way for us to easily say good-bye to old ways. After all, letting them go could pave the way for new beginnings. That, I believe, is the beauty of the new year. It gives us a feeling of some form of reset. In reality, it's just all a continuation of what we have previously started. The only real beginning is when we have finally let go of bad old habits and practices. Only then can we truly move forward. 😆 I need a lot more meditation and reflection, so I could find answers somehow to a lot of my questions. Till then, I'm a work in progress. It's good that I'm adapting an attitude of taking things as they come. I use the same attitude in working my routines around my late neighbors. That way, I do not get hindered by anyone since that's beyond my control. It's empowering to learn to be flexible and adaptable. May this continue on for my peace of mind.

Almost the middle of the month now.. sixteen more days to go! Plus, it's another day closer to the weekend. Weeeeee... I'm making each day count as much as I'm counting the days. 🙏❤️💡

I'm actively working on these affiliate sites daily. Right now, my aim is to reach $6. I'm pretty sure I will get there in no time. I'd love to reach another payout.
