Alive & Thriving Goals Monday : Three More Days... || AATYr7 || Prompt A Day 😊

I'm back for another week of Hive goals tracking. My Sunday was pretty fun and productive. I scheduled a trek to my neighborhood mall as I needed to buy something for my daughter. In the process, I also bought some things that I needed. 😆

While there, I explored a new wing that I have not seen before. I think this part was recently renovated 'coz I'm pretty sure it looked different before. 😅 The supermarket was my last stop for the day, but I sat here for my meals so I could also rest a bit from all my walking.

I think next time around I'd try that Japanese restaurant. I'm not sure when I'd visit the mall again though. 😅 These days I prefer staying at home. It's too hot to go outside. I waited till a little after lunch before heading out yesterday. 😒

I tried a restaurant called Nono's. I guess their huge dining area fascinated me. The dining chair is so comfy too. In fact, if I have my own place, I'd love to have the same chair. 😆 I tried the classic bolognese.

Nothing beats a cold mocha latte in this hot weather. I did request for the milk to be oat milk instead. I've developed this lactose intolerance that I prefer non-dairy milk as of late. 🙄

I've always been on a quest for the best cheesecake in town. I tried their slice for my dessert. It's quite satisfying. 😋 Overall, my mall visit was a success. I got to treat myself to what I liked, and I got to buy supplies I needed for home.

For me, I think of that as summer. Since it's too hot in the flat, this time of the year has become my least favorite. I just need to survive till the rainy and cooler season begins. There is a forecast of El Niño here towards middle of the year onwards. I surely hate another hot and dry year. It makes me wish that I could move to a cooler area. 😅 Inshallah! 🙏❤️✨
