Hey, it's another Monday! Last day in June too. š® Amazing that half of the year is over now. Are you ready for the second half? š¤
Sharing my steps for the weekend. I didn't quite reach two thousand five hundred steps on Friday and Saturday. Thankfully, Sunday was my treatment day at the mall. I managed a lot more steps than usual.
Last Saturday, I wanted to order delivery but couldn't think of what I wanted to eat. Instead, I cooked my Spam lite and tried the cooking I found online. Cubed and cooked with soy sauce and brown sugar. Decided to partner it with some cherry tomatoes. Yum! š
For Sunday, I had lunch again at the mall. This time I tried the high fiber meal at Kenny Rogers Roasters. I think I liked the one from last week better as it came with fruit salad and muffin. š I suppose you could say I've been trying out different dishes to find out which ones I like better.

I do agree with this quote. I've always believed that happiness is a state of mind. If you want to be happy, just be. In my journey, I'm glad I'm somehow being guided to find some path that will bring me happiness. I've learned to surround myself with everything that sparks joy in me. Grateful that I came upon Marie Kondo and got to read her book. It helped me start my journey towards decluttering. I'm not yet there as life is a learning process, and I'm a work in progress. At this point in time, I'd say I'm not in search of happiness as I choose to be grateful with what life sends my way. I start my happiness from there. šā¤ļøš”

I keep it high enough so I could purchase cards when I need more fans. š
